Creekwood Pizza & Convenience Store

This store ripped me off for $16.85. I went in here before work to get smokes and a pop I bought a 25 pack of smokes and a pop and after changed my mind and told the guy i wanted a 20 pack he took back the 25 pack and gave me back a little change because the smokes didn't cost as much as the 25 pack and forgot to give me the 20 pack, I was tired and took my pop and didn't realize I didn't get my 20 pack after grabbing my pop. I went back into the store and he told me he gave me the 20 pack but he didn't. I better get my money back! Still waiting for the owner to check the cameras and confirm this and call me back! I want my money back!

They sell expired products at ridiculous prices. All five 1L Diet Cokes that I purchased today are expired (May and Sept 2024 dates) and it was $16. No receipt provided, either. Avoid this shop.

I ordered pizza from Uber eats and it was great experience crispy crust and good sauce and veggies

Excellent pizza - heavy on the toppings, great crust, and perfectly cooked. They have so many options and for a good price. I wish the service was a bit faster but they were amicable.

Brilliant Pizza truly lives up to taste as recommendedby my friend! Their pizzas are absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly baked crusts. I am a regular Red Swan Pizza customer and just moved to the Chappelle area, so I thought about ordering pizzas from this location last weekend. I ordered 2 medium veggie pizzas and a small cheesy bread, and to my surprise, the lady on the phone told me the bill is going to be $52 plus taxes!! Wow, the price is ridiculous at this location, I canceled the order right away, and I am not got going to order from them after this....

Horrible customer service. They have a preference of who they serve first .

I called to store for information but talk to lady but she don't know how to talk to customer, it's service industry, she is behaving and taking rude and attitude ...
I don't know why these people are are working here if they can no describe anything to customer and no patience.
If she is not interested in this work do something else but if customer wants to confirm anything atleast she should know how to talk to customer and give all details if customer needs.
And if this kind of behaviour over the phone then how people give respect to community

Freaking, amazing!! I’ve had Dominos, Boston Pizza, Panago, Pizza 73, Pizza Hut, Royale Pizza, Blaze Pizza and Little Caesar’s, and Red Swan’s cooking approaches definitely are no contest in comparison, as there is only one clear winner with how the food and service was provided.

Also quite innovative as the cool decided for the breaded wings to add the sauce into the containers, which made it intact for having left overs.
