Watery milkshake, granted I went 15 minutes before close. Both people behind the counter seemed annoyed I was there. I should have walked away. I would rather them say sorry we’re not serving than to be given such low quality item. For 10$ I expect at least ice in my milkshake

I was in the mood for a milkshake only to be highly disappointed. I paid $9 for a milkshake that was watery and also- he dropped on the counter, only to be put into a different cup. Not remade. No whip cream, nada. This is what I paid $9 for. Don’t waste your time.

On January 9th my senior Mother and I had the unfortunate event to be aggressively yelled at by a man at the back of the store because we asked about the price of the small ice creams. (We were looking to share two). But instead was yelled at that it’s the prices and if we don’t like it don’t buy it and to walk away. I hope this business reconsiders that man and the brand looks at letting them go if they want the business to be successful. They will never get our business and hope that others choose to not give them business either. Yelling and intimidating customers for no reason is NOT okay.
