There was virtually no lineup! We ordered using the electronic menu in store. Took about five minutes to get our order! They were warm and delicious - cooked to perfection!

Tasty cookies but too underbaked for me. Pink sugar cookie and peanut butter cookie were quite gummy in the centre. Each cookie placed in a separate box is quite wasteful. Asked to put 2 in one box and was told they are not allowed.

I’m always disappointed when I try one of the Crumbl cookies. They sound good, look good but taste as if they should have been baked a little longer! I want to love them but can’t get past 2 bites honestly ?.
