Absolutely horrific. I don't know where to start. Words simply cannot express the disappointment, frustration, poor quality, or horrendous customer service we have experienced from Cube. The cabinets came cracked, cheap paint and glue, with the joints all separated. The crown moulding was cracked and a completely different colour/finish. I have never experienced worse customer service than from their owner, sales team, and installation team. The owner was quick to blame and point fingers elsewhere; he was not willing to help or fix the problem. Honestly the absolute worst cabinet company in Edmonton. Please do NOT even waste your time giving this company a chance. We are still rectifying the issues after 2 years!!

Worst place I've dealt with. I'm a GC and I've waited 8 months to post this. My clients and I have given Cube multiple chances to remedy their crummy product and they continue to deflect and lie to us. Their doors are cracking and separating, the crown has popped at the mitres, the colours don't match and the rails and stiles have kerf marks on them from the saw (weren't sanded) For half the price you can get10x the quality at IKEA.... Please don't make the mistake that I did by using them. I now have to foot the bill to bring in another cabinet shop to fix their mess and make my clients happy.
