Worst Service Ever !! I cam in sat down and there was only one other customer in the store. I ordered a 5 color vermicelli bowl and a Diet Coke. As I sat and waited for my order 4 other customers walked in and they ordered. I still hadn’t received my meal and 3 of the four customers who walked in after me got served and I still didn’t my meal. when I looked at the waitress as to what was going, she came over and told me my meal was going to take some more time so I told her to forget it and Said the Service Sucked and walked out 🤬🤬🤬

I visited Da Kao for the first time and was disappointed with the extra charges. I only asked for extra white onion for my soup, and I was charged $4.99 for it (listed as “Extra Veggies” on the receipt). For the very small amount of onion that was added, this price feels unreasonable and unfair.
I understand paying a small amount for add-ons, but nearly $5 for a little onion doesn’t make sense. This really affected my experience, and it doesn’t make me want to return.

Food tastes good. Price is reasonable and portion is ok. Seems the staff is not enough, so there are empty tables but not ready to serve after first round dinner period.
