Da De O is absolutely phenomenal. If you happen to be reading this review, just go eat there immediately!! You will be SO glad you did. My fiancé and I were in yesterday for lunch and we were beyond blown away. Honestly, the Da De O combo I ordered was by far the best meal I’ve EVER eaten in my life. I have spent significant time in New Orleans and my food at Da De O was tastier and more flavorful than anything I ate there. It’s in a whole different universe. My fiancé adored his Fabio combo as well. He said the fried chicken was unbelievable. The flavor, spices, quality of everything they served us… absolutely top notch!! Every single part of my dish complimented the other parts, playing together flawlessly. They know what they’re doing at Da De O that’s for sure. Just go there already!!

DadeO has been one of the best places to visit on Whyte Ave for more than a decade. I’d give them 8.8/10 for their food and ambience. Personal favourites include:- Blackened Catfish Po’Boy, especially on their Po’Boys Monday- Sweet Potato Fries: One of the best in the city

Used to frequent here more often when in University, food is still as good as I remember, you still get the mini scones with jalapeño jelly, and the staff still have that friendly and eccentric je ne sais quoi.
