I haven't been to Dairy Queen for years. I went there on Sunday, November 10th. 2024
Store location 133 Street and 114 Avenue

I ordered a small burger and fries, plus a large fries and onion rings.
The meal comes with a drink. First off, I found the burger to be too dry and too thin. For my choice of drink, I chose Dr Pepper and I found it to be very flat, with no kick to it whatsoever.
I then decided to try a little taste of the root beer to see if it was better. No success whatsoever.
I then thought I should try a little taste of the Pepsi and see if that's better. Success Yahoo!

The Only plus that I will say when it comes to the drinks is you can go and get a refill, Unlike other fast food joints these days. Eating the golden fries was a real pleasure. They were done to perfection. I found them to be way tastier than McDonald's. Now, when it comes to Dairy Queen's onion rings, they were fantastic! I found them to be much better than A and W's. Again, Golden Brown and not burnt. The young woman that served me was very friendly and nice.

I Introduced myself to the manager. Her name is Kim. and she is very professional and pleasant. The restaurant and the bathroom, I must say, were impeccably clean. I definitely will return to dine there again. #DataDiggerDon Foodedmonton.com #foodedmontondining

Last time I had gotten the tossed and sauced chicken straps they were really good, big serving, fully sauced, and a decent amount of fries, however this time left much to be desired, maybe 10 fries to go with my gravy which was also cold. The chicken strips were dry and barely sauced. Don't recommend this location maybe others are better quality. It won't let me post a picture with this review, maybe it will let me comment the picture. I ordered a side of gravy which I payed for but the meal deal shows it comes with a side of ranch as well, which I didn't get, and when I tried to get her attention she ignored me so we pulled off. Super wasn't impressed with the quality of food or customer service.

I come here whenever it’s my lunch break for school and there’s this sweet lady who always takes my order, just being around just makes you feel happy😁

Girl took our order and didn't hear me properly and charged me for an extra burger combo. She didnt read my order back to me or give me the receipt. I noticed right away when they brought the order to the table. I took the burger back and told her I didn't order this. She came out to fight me on it and then angerly asked for the fries that came with it. I didnt notice the fries on the tray so asked my daughter to bring them up. Rhe cashier and the manager both coped attitude with me and reluctantly gave me cash back.The manager snatched the combo off the counter and threw is into the garbage. We eat here frequently but not anymore.

Had their signature cookie dough blizzard here and I must say I couldn’t stop myself to eat them. It forced me to try another the next day and I got the choco brownie one… it was even better. Loved the blizzards and it’s a generous portion of dessert. A really good place to be if you love sweets, chocolates or cakes. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The service was quick, even after couple of visits when I had other orders of spicy chicken sandwich and combos, the wait time was not more than 5 minutes. The food was great…. Would definitely be back here again!

Had a hamburger and fries, was made fresh and hot. Might not be as fast as other places but it's not made in advance and sitting under a heat lamp. Milk shake was really good too!

Always sooooooo slow, come in person for a simple cone sometimes and it always takes up to like 20 minutes for just a cone.

Hire more staff my god, faster to walk acriss the parking lot and buy an ice cream from the sketchy gas station.

I visited here for a loaded single hamburger. Before ordering, I went to use the men's room. Upon entering the facility, I smelled a strong urine odor.
I completed my personal business and went to advise the counter staff worker. That was when I was advised of an emotionally explosive urine event that had occurred all over the bathroom floor.
Workers had not yet started cleaning up the area when I arrived. I hope the person who experienced this distress was OK.
I was shocked and now wish I had not visited there that day.
I will likely never visit there again.

Nothing was missing in the order but honestly the way my order was prepared from yesterday and this is not the first time even not the way it should be serving the burger and I swear to god I’m not exaggerating burger called and not enough ingredients and it wasn’t warmed up properly because The burger is cold and the fries really almost dark next time I will take photo to prove it to you !!
I will come back because I love DQ and I support my local businesses in my neighbourhood
