More expensive than other fast food restaurants and they put so much condiments that you eat and do not taste humburgers at all in double humburger, just ketchup. Basically you eat bun with ketchup and pickles. Atmosphere is good because I was only one customer at 2 p.m. Saturday. So, 5 stars for atmosphere. But i was coming for food not for atmospere.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered two burger meals. The buns used for our burgers were stale. They were so hard it was disgusting. My first time ordering burgers from DQ and it will be the last.

I ordered on the app and the meals don’t come with drinks, so you have to pay extra. I went to pick it up and they left it sitting there for I don’t know how long because they forgot while they were standing around doing nothing. The workers and atmosphere were very down and uncomfortable they didn’t seem friendly and were quite rude. There manager glared at me while leaving. I also ordered an skors brownie cupfection and my brownie was rock hard and stale aswell as they’re weren’t even any skor pieces in it. This place is over expensive and awful, not buying from here again

I used the mobile app waited 20 minutes as the app told me to came in. They didn’t receive the order. I placed another order at the counter and then I looked at my bank account only to find out that I have been billed for the previous order too! No one could help me. I had to do complaint on the app. I’m also making a complaint with my bank to refuse that bill. This is a garbage and pathetic that nobody can help me at the restaurant.

I have been ordering Dairy Queen cakes for years. I usually go to the 1 on 104th street and 51st half. And I've never had a problem, but I decided to come to the one closer to my house this year. The one in beverly on thirty fourth street and one hundred eighteenth avenue. I was ordering my daughter's sweet sixteen cake.She picked it out and was so excited We showed up to pick it up today. I paid for the cake. I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after my order time. Then they gave me a cake. I went outside and noticed that it wasn't the right color or the right cake. The manager continued to fight with my husband when he went inside. Even giving him the finger. We will never return to this restaurant again. And they have ruined my daughter's sweet sixteenth cake.That's something it can't be replaced You have the most horrible staff here. Your management should not be a manager. She has no communication skills or customer service skills. I am horrified

Waited 15 minutes to get a simple order in the drive through. We were given napkins that the truck in front of us handed back to the staff at the window and then we watched her crumple them up in her hand while taking another order and then hand to us. I asked her for fresh napkins and she seemed put out. She then went and told another staff member and I could see them laughing about it. The buster bar was crushed and half melted, and this was the works DQ experience ever.
Wouldn't accommodate the kids manu for my autistic son. Fries were stale and tasteless. Burgers were cold and had no flavor. It would be nice if the ice cream tasted good.

I love this DQ. Went in for a cake. Young man working drive thru immediately came over to help me, beautiful smile and so kind, didn’t rush me - I asked him to draw me exactly this on the cake. He actually ATE. Look at that 2. The heart. The house was identical to the one I drew on the sticky note. He nailed it. I laughed so hard. Perfection. Absolutely dead serious, that man has a talent. Thank you, wish I got your name!! PS. He asked what colour and I told him he could choose. Red was great. And you’re telling me he whipped out the black gel pen just to do that single doorknob dot? The commitment. Bravo.

Went there just today .ordered a triple burger large shake and a cup of water..when I went to the window (drive through) the girl informed me it would be $24.59 ..when I asked why so much she told me cup for water was $5.50..!!.Guess who won't be coming back, and I'm very sure I'm not alone..way to go D.Q ..you lost a long time customer because of your greed and stupidity.
