Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Me and my friend from a far ways away stopped there for lunch I decided to treat him. And we ordered as we were waiting for our food I went to use the washroom. Just opening the door my stomach turned and I felt like throwing up. I have never in my life smelled something so disgusting and filthy and unclean in my life. We were supposed to eat in but when I got back from seeing and smelling that filthy room witch I could tell was a very filthy person in there still… He had his shoes off and clothes laying on the floor it was just trash. We told the nice lady there we decided to eat in our truck and take our food for the go… and honestly we threw it out and ate eles where. Man what a bad experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. The kids screwed up my order. Couldn’t fix it and said there was no manager on site. There was 4/5 staff and none of them seem to know what they were doing. They ended up giving my money back and not fixing my order because she couldn’t fix it without trying to force us to take the order they made which wasn’t what we wanted.

We used to love DQ now but now I guess it’s time be regulars at Carl’s Jrs.

DO NOT waste your money here. Terrible service (though the staff were friendly, but incompetent) and food. Costs more than other locations and provides less. Only blizzard I’ve ever had that had no chunks of anything I ordered. Never going back here again, and I recommend you avoid it.

We ordered 2 x Chicken Strip Baskets for $17.99, (for both) + tax. The gravy was like water and there's way too much batter on the 6 skimpy pieces of dry chicken. It filled the void, however we won't order them again. That price was with a coupon.

We also had two medium Blizzards for $12.22 with tax. They were great. We also used a coupon for the Blizzards.

For health reasons, I should mention that DQ should not be using spoons that are not sealed, it's very unsanitary.

We sat at a table that was faded and worn, I'm guessing it might have been there since the 1980's. The chairs were comfortable enough but I did notice the booths were hard, hence the reason we chose the table. Besides three staff at the counter and a cook in the back, we were the only ones there.

We might consider a DQ sunday treat again but that would be it as their food is a bit pricey.

The service was excellent and I was happily surprised when my chicken burger came with crispy lettuce on it. I usually order it without lettuce because it tends to be soggy and gross but I forgot to this time.

So sick of going through a drive thru dealing with people who can't speak English. Repeated myself 4 times and still didn't get what I ordered. I enjoy dairy queen but it'd be nice not to have to repeat myself and using the drive thru is out of the question completely. To management, don't bother with some pathetic excuse, fix the issue or just ignore this review and demonstrate that you're aware of the issue but won't do anything to rectify it.

Went in to get ice cream, zero people in there., two girls behind the counter.
Waited no acknowledgment, so I asked if I could order, they both looked at each other then each one pointed to the other one . So I said who is going to take my order no response, so the service sucks there . I don't recommend this dairy queen. I left without ordering.

Maybe they should be told when working in a restaurant customer service is priority, not pretending to be busy then pointing to each other when asked who is going to take my order.
Never got names of these two girls but they were there behind the counter on July 27 th at around 2 pm .
Maybe management should let them know that serving customers is their job.😡😡

I had a very pleasant experience. Food was hot n fresh and the staff friendly.

This location charges extra for their Gravy with a Meal Deal. No other location does.

This was the most disappointing meal ever, I got my fries down and 2 bites from my burger.
There was lettuce hearts not full pieces, the bacon was Cold and chewy the burger was not tasty and also cold.
After the second bite I felt like I ate bricks and didn't even want to complain.
My wife's burger was also cold she ask to heat it up a bit that didn't help.
As a cook this made me sad.
