This is our regular go to for family ice cream night. My kids enjoy it, staff is usually friendly and nice. Tonight was not the case. We paid for our ice cream, sat at our table to eat. My 4 year old accidentally dropped his dipped cone on the floor and was crying, hard!! I picked the cone up and showed the young man at the till, he proceeded to ring me up another $4 ice cream cone. I was so disappointed I had to pay, like have some empathy for a little kid! Accidents happen so of course we paid but this location has lost a loyal customer.

extremely dissatisfied with my order. I requested no pickles and no mayo on my burger. and I received a burger with six pickles and a ton of mayo. not the type of service I expect when spending over $80 for fast food delivery. not to mention it is cold, missing straws and just gross. it's going straight for the garbage. absolutely disgusting

We bought an icecream cake from DQ and were so happy with how it turned out! Not only did they write the message clearly, but they also added a cute little heart on it—which made it extra special. Highly recommended for any occasion!

Visit Date & Time: May 29, around 8 PM Order: 6 mini Blizzards, 2 small Blizzards, and 6 chicken strips
During my visit, I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. I placed an order for 2 Skor, 2 Smarties, 1 Cookie Dough, and 1 Extreme Brownie Blizzard. However, I received 3 Skor Blizzards and no Cookie Dough.
When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff member who took my order responded rudely, raised his voice, and insisted that it was my fault. Another employee even asked him why the mistake happened, but still sided with him, claiming I had ordered incorrectly—despite the contradiction.
None of the Blizzards were flipped as advertised, and the overall quality and taste were poor. The behavior of the two male staff members was unacceptable and made the experience even worse. On a positive note, two female employees were kind and respectful.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this location, and I hope management addresses these issues seriously.
