I tried to order a custom birthday cake by phone but it went straight to VM, so I left a message. No one returned my call, so the following day I went in person. When I got the counter, I was not greeted by the lady at the counter because she was cashing out and counting coins, so I waited patiently while she finished. When she was done, she offered to take my order. I responded with, I just have a question regarding ordering a customer cake. I said," I would need it for the following day" but she checked the schedule and said there is no one in to make cakes tomorrow and I'd have to wait until the day after. She also commented that the cake lady was just in. So I mentioned that I called and left a message the other day but no one returned my call. She offered an apology, which was nice but why is it so difficult to place a custom order by phone? I get that you're busy and can't have someone sitting by the phone all day but can you at the very least, check your messages a few times a day? I feel like businesses don't care anymore. What a disappointment. I really hope you guys can do better in the future.

Service today was outstanding. I wish I had her name. Very polite, accommodating, and great customer service. It was around 3:30 pm today.

The place is good, clean and tidy. Also the staff is friendly and welcoming. Got a speedy service, (however depends on our order) but I got a quick one. Would frequently visit this place. And their chocolate sundae is amazing!

Visiting this location for the first time, I was impressed by the cashier's kindness in allowing me to use two coupons. However, I experienced a bit of a wait, even though the restaurant area was empty—perhaps due to the drive-through. The restaurant area could benefit from a thorough cleaning as it was not very clean. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend this location for its friendly staff, which is always a plus.

Actually a very nice restaurant - nice and clean and newly renovated. The two ladies I saw were super nice and friendly - smiling and just good people.

Food was great! Burgers were nicely made and look very close to the pictures posted - and were very tasty.

Will definitely be back - I get blood work done monthly and I think this will be our place to eat out afterwards.

The prices for burgers were also surprisingly reasonable - Blizzards were a bit pricey but the burger combos were very fairly priced considering the price of other fast food places.

Dietary restrictions: Mayo makes hubby very sick - not a drop of mayo was to be seen - very appreciative!

If you are looking for poor customer service, go here. The girl who works at the drive-thru mockingly advised us to go to McDonald's if the prices are expensive for us, which is unacceptable for service staff.

My partner and I decided to walk to Dairy Queen as a treat for ourselves. It's not a short walk. It took us about 45 mins to an hour to get there. We had triple checked that the store would still be open by the time we arrived.

We arrived at 9:30 only to find that all the doors were locked (on Google it said they closed at 10). There was a group of three customers sitting in the corner talking and another couple ordering at the front who must have got there a minute before us. A girl working there let a skip delivery driver in who had to stand out there and wait to be let in. She noticed us standing out there looking lost and said we couldn't come in because their lobby closed at 9:30. She said we could do the drive thru and when we explained we had walked from our house to here, she said we could walk through the drive thru.

I immediately questioned this because I thought that sounded dangerous. But we had walked all the way here with my partner in crutches just for some ice cream and this was my partner's first big walk after his surgery last week, we might as well get the ice cream even though we both thought it was pretty weird to do.

So we walked up to the speaker and no answer which may be to be expected if just walking through doesn't trigger a sensor so we walked up to the window and there were two other girls working who are both pointedly ignoring us. We stood there for awhile and they would keep looking at us standing there waiting and would continue ignoring us and continue to mime working probably just hoping we would go away. We found this very odd and honestly pretty humiliating because we felt like the weirdos but we were only doing what we had been told to do.

So after we gave up on them ever coming to the window and talking to us, we went to the door we had talked to the first girl at to ensure that we were doing what she had asked us to do. And she came out from the back, changed the garbages in the lobby (one being maybe two feet from us and the door) and kept ignoring us even though we were trying to get her attention. All the while cars are coming and going in and out of the drive thru and people are still eating in the lobby.

I understand why lobbies close at night and I understand there being a cut off time and why she told us we couldn't come in. But I don't understand why everyone working there that we saw was pointedly rude to us even though we were only doing what they told us to do. I don't understand why the girl working there was first off quite rude when she told us they were closed and secondly why she would tell us to do something somewhat dangerous if they weren't even going to speak to us in the drive thru let alone acknowledge our existence.

If she had told us they were closed and that we couldn't walk through the drive thru, I would have been disappointed but I would have turned around and left because I would agree with her. Instead we had to go through a pretty awkward and humiliating situation only to be completely ignored and treated like the person in the wrong here. I am left now just feeling embarrassed, angry and ice cream-less.

My girlfriend and I decided to take a 45 min walk over for some ice cream, we arrived at 930 and although there were people inside ordering an employee came to the door and told us that the lobby was closed, we explained to her that we didn't have a car and she was very stand offish with us, although I'm in crutches she instructed us to walk through the drive through as that was still open at 9:30, despite how dangerous it is to do especially with how dark it was we decided to do it anyways as a 45 minute walk in crutches is not easy. We stood in front of the ordering machine for some time until we moved in front of the window where two different employees saw and ignored us, after awhile we gave up as we believed it was dangerous and they weren't going to stop ignoring us. We waited on the outside patio for a while after hoping to catch the first employee who did see us and also ignored us. As someone who goes to this diary queen often it is quite disappointing and unless something is done to make this right I will not be back

Uh I don’t know if it’s just me but every time I get ice cream from this DQ my stomach always hurts after. No I’m not lactose. Also, they barely put any toppings in the cookie dough blizzard.

Was just in because as advertised on social media it was 50 cent cone day. As long as you had the app. So I ordered 2 small cones. Go to the window , scan the app . Didn’t get the cones at 50 cents , than I was only given one cone and not the two I asked for. So not only did I not get the promotion as advertised and the staff was no help but they didn’t even fulfil my order. I’ve worked in the service industry for a long time and this was unacceptable. I think the staff needs to be trained for promotions like this and what to do if it’s not working. So I’m not impressed with Dairy Queen or the location.

Purchased two small chocolate sundaes for my kids. Prior to paying I asked if they could layer the chocolate sauce. I was told they don’t layer their sundaes. Once I paid I was given the two small sundaes that had about 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate sauce on them. I was told it’s standard to have 1 pump of chocolate sauce on the sundaes. The price for the small sundaes are already absurd. It’s an absolute rip off. Save your money and go somewhere else willing to give you better service.
