I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday on their website and they sent me 2 confirmation emails and took the money out of my bank account, but when I went to go pick up my cake, there was no record of my order anywhere so the cake was never made. The guy at cash who helped me was super kind and patient, but it's absolutely wild that Dairy Queen literally took money from me but have me nothing in return. That's stealing. So I have to go in tomorrow to speak to a manager because they literally took money out of my bank account, either give me the cake I ordered or give me my money back? If your online ordering doesn't work, then shut it down. Stop stealing people's money.

Good food, I just don't remember dairy Queen being so expensive. Best ice cream though.

Love this DQ location! They have such friendly staff and the burgers and chicken stripes are quite good. Each time I stop here for supper on a weekday, it has been solid.

So the food and deserts are always the best DQ food in the city BUT the wait time is the worst. Everytime I visit the store I order burger, fries, drink, and I wait 10 minutes every single time. Unless I come during lunch.

Love that this location actually flips their blizzards! The staff are very friendly and service is quick considering how busy they can get.

I have been coming to this Dairy Queen since the mid-70s when I was a little kid. My grandmother lived in the area and it was such a treat to go for a walk and get a dipped cone or a peanut buster parfait. Back then there wasn't all these blizzards and things.
Hadn't been in quite a few years so went to get some treats with my family. Happy to say it was just as good as always. I had a peanut buster parfait, and everyone else had some of the new things. New meaning 1980 and above. :) The service was good, restaurant was clean and they brought our treats to the table. Everything tasted as I had hoped. Excellent place to go on a hot summer day.
