Food fries cold when we got home.
I paid for a buster bar and never received it.
Hamburger was good.
Buster bars are lacking fudge in them very disappointed they had nuts.

I feel that the franchisee of this location needs to focus on guest service. There seemed to be a primary focus on 3rd party orders like Uber or Skip and walk in guests, who can more easily become loyal repeat guests, we're somewhat ignored for longer than typically acceptable.

Hi there, I’ve gone here since this place has opened and yet again another fast food place gone down hill . The food is now gross the people working here are absolutely rude always on their phones while we wait for them to text message or just be on their phones . Place is a joke now. What happened to all the Canadian workers like young kids and students that worked here . I won’t be back here until the place wakes back up . Zero stars is my real review here .

They made the cutest cake for my kids. I sent them 2 pics and they were able to merge the ideas and make it look better then what I had envisioned!! Did an amazing job!!! The best DQ in the city!!

We came to order icecream. My husband asked for a chocolate dipped cone. The white girl with braided her and fake long eyelashes mentioned that he did not ask her for chocolate so she took the cone back as she shook her head. All we said was that “we asked for a dipped cone not plain” she was extremely unprofessional. I hope the owner takes a look into this and teaches his workers some customer service. Absolutely ridiculous for an immature person to serve people their food. Will never come again.
