The food seems to be going downhill. The pretzel sticks were rock hard, and the french fries that came with the teeny-tiny tenders were so few you couldn't have filled up one McDonald's children's meal-size fries. Very disappointed.

normally this location is the better out of the few in the north side but sat night, ingredients not mixed in the shake and plopped on the side of the cup and i even paid for extra topping in a blizzard and the toppings were barely there even for a normal without extra.. not sure whats changed. are they hoarding the extras to make up freebies later or something? i wish places would just be consistent cuz it makes me not want to waste my money there again.

I visited this location yesterday evening to get take out of a single chocolate dipped cone. The drive through was fairly busy but I didn’t anticipate waiting 10 minutes for a single ice cream cone when there only 1 other person in the cafe. I don’t usually mind waiting however the lack of hygiene??? I’m not sure what the food safety standards are but I watched the cashier hand the bathroom key to someone and then take it back from them upon returning and just continue business as usual. She didn’t hand sanitize or wash her hands which I personally found disgusting as you’ve just touched something brought out of the bathroom and now you’re going to handle peoples food/bag Uber orders etc. In addition to that I watched as the staff member who made my ice cream cone lifted up her headset and then was digging in her ear, presumably picking her earwax but don’t quote me, and then again continue preparing food. Overall wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind the wait and lack of hygiene practices.
Worst dairy queen, i got strawberry sunday where i see no strawberry at all. The just put sugar syrup, banana split is just with no pineapple and no strawberry. Kids was was not in shape. I worked for dairy queen for 3 years as manager and this is worst service and food ever i have ever got. Banana was too old.
Mr. Owner please look into staff. For them i might be just a customer but i will definitely spread word out for this location for sure.
This is franchise atleast respect what they suppose to sell, not just finish stock and make people sick

Food was old and cold, I paid for extra cheese as well as lettuce and ranch on my wrap and it had very little of each, blizzard was half melted, bacon was undercooked, beef patty old, chicken old and chewy, drink was spilled, overall not good

Well this place looks like a normal Dairy Queen but like their Reese “Extreme” it disappointed. The mini blizzard I got looks nothing like the photos. So disappointed. You can do better DQ.

Staff is friendly and food is good. But locking the washrooms for customers only is pretty ridiculous, considering this DQ is in one of the SAFEST areas of Edmonton.
