This location is one of the most disorganized ones I’ve ever seen. It often takes forever to get through even the shortest drive thru lines, and by the time I get to the window, all I see are staff members goofing around. It’s good to have fun at work, but waiting forever in a drive thru for two cars and then seeing the staff are just busy messing around is really not great. Today I waited at the drive thru speaker for a while, no one answered, and when I drove forward to the window, staff were messing around laughing, and no one apologized or explained why no one bothered to take my order. 🤷🏻♀️

We've been to this location many times and have had mixed experiences, but today was a great one, and one staff member in particular, Alexander H., needs some recognition. He helped us tonight, took our order flawlessly, including several modifications, brought out the food very quickly, it was made exactly as ordered and was hot and fresh. Alexander made sure to bring us lots of napkins and ketchup with our food and asked if there was anything else we needed. He was polite, friendly, and professional. Even my kids commented on how wonderful he was. Make this kid a manager!

If there was lower than 1 star i would give this DQ location. I will never come back to this place, reason? We went to get ice cream from the drive thru, the moment the window opened the smell that came out was horrible horrible, the guy on the window has long hair that looks dirty ( i don't know why his hair is not covered i thought they are handling food) he gave us the payment terminal i looked at his fingers he had long nails, disgusting nails, i couldn't even believe that he eats with those fingers how about touching our food? I paid for my childs ice cream cone he gave it to me with his disgusting nails touching my childs napkin around it all over. I drove out and threw it in the garbage. Its just extremely disgusting i cant believe that there is no supervision on those people hygiene level, and the cleanliness of the kitchen. I used to come regularly to this branch, there was nice clean people handling food there. Stay away from this location, and management: pls ask ur staff to shower, cut their nails and wash hands too.
