AC is never on and no napkins available. Very over-priced for a little blizzard with 3 smarties in it. No reason to go here over McDonald’s across the street. Staff is very friendly

My kids always enjoy ice cream

Ordered my son's cake on line, and it was perfect. They called to confirm order and pricing and made it exactly as I ordered with no credit card or advanced payment. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Let me begin by stating: I approached the local Dairy Queen with the innocent anticipation of soft-serve serenity. What I received instead was a slow-churned descent into a vanilla-scented purgatory.

Upon entering the drive-thru — which boasted a mere two vehicles ahead of me — I felt optimistic. “Surely,” I thought, “this will be swift, efficient, and satisfying.” Fifteen minutes later, I was still parked behind a mid-sized SUV, aging like fine cheese in the sun. My hopes melted faster than their so-called ice cream on a summer sidewalk.

When I finally arrived at the window, expecting some semblance of urgency or apology, I instead beheld a scene of medieval absurdity: six employees in the back, engaged in what I can only assume was a casual reenactment of The Breakfast Club. Not one of them appeared to be touching a blender. There was laughter. There was leaning. There might have been an existential crisis occurring in the fry pit. What there wasn’t — was movement.

Then came the final insult: four additional minutes passed before my two Blizzards emerged, triumphantly, as if they had been hand-spun by monks on a mountaintop. A grand total of 19 minutes for two cups of frozen mediocrity.

In summary: this Dairy Queen location has managed to take the concept of fast food and throttle it into an abstract art form. If you’re looking for a Blizzard, bring a tent. You might be there until Christmas.

It's Dairy Queen. You can never go wrong with Dairy Queen.The staff are friendly service was pretty quick. The drive through had a lineup, so we decided to go inside.

Wouldnt let me use two coupons when i came here said it was one per person. Uh yes so is my son not a person???? There was two people and two coupons. Grow up. Another indian run cheapskate place

This location is one of the most disorganized ones I’ve ever seen. It often takes forever to get through even the shortest drive thru lines, and by the time I get to the window, all I see are staff members goofing around. It’s good to have fun at work, but waiting forever in a drive thru for two cars and then seeing the staff are just busy messing around is really not great. Today I waited at the drive thru speaker for a while, no one answered, and when I drove forward to the window, staff were messing around laughing, and no one apologized or explained why no one bothered to take my order. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have to say, went through the drive thru tonight. And the young guy working the drive thru had remarkable customer service! As a manager myself, I notice these things. Keep up the good work!

Review use to be 5 stars. But thanks to changing to wooden spoons I no longer have to buy over priced ice cream. A blessing in disguise!
