Fantastic Staff and amazing facility.
I didn’t realize there could be such a difference between dq restaurants, but this one is by far the nicest, cleanest one I’ve visited, with amazing staff.
Also the largest one I’ve been to, which makes the cleanliness all the more impressive.
The food and staff, including the owners, are excellent. Definitely a must visit!

This dairy queen is one of the last great dine in fast food restaurants in edmonton. Hands down the friendliest, sweetest group of employees running the show I've ever seen. Stop by for a visit, and I am positive you will not regret it.

Why have a phone number if you’re not going to answer it. Trying to call all day to enquire about a birthday cake and nobody picks up.

Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger today and watched the cook in the back handle all food with no gloves on. As he's touching everything in the kitchen and scratching his face. Then proceeds to put the burger in the microwave for a short period of time. Is that what you call fresh? Once he took the burger out of the microwave and placed in the ready to go section, he then proceeded again with no gloves to grab a handful of sliced cheese and start separating them and placing them elsewhere. Disgusting!

This was my first time going to DQ and a friend suggested ice cream cake. It was my husband's bday n decided to give it a shot.
The staff there Jay, took so much time ans explained everything understanding I am knew to this n was so patient and friendly. Such am amazing cake and service will definitely go back n honestly it because of the positive experience I had with that staff who was really kind.

Got large fries and they were barly half full. Got cheese burgers that were supposed to have 2 paddies each and they only had one. Got half the food I paid for. They also don't pick up their phone so I couldn't try to resolve the issue.

The pop tasted a bit flat when me and my friend went there, the food was rather good aside from the fact of the fries tasting like they could've been cooked a bit longer, Jay was amazing with his service

We love this place! We recently ordered a cake and asked for it to feature a Garfield cat with an inscription. It turned out fantastic, and the cake was delicious. Most importantly, our child was thrilled. Thank you very much! ?
