If there was a 0 star rating i would’ve given that. I waited for 15 minutes to order and there was only 1 person in front of me
In the line and it took me 20 minutes to get my order. I asked for 3 #3 and an oreo blizzard. And i waited 20 minutes just to get the wrong order. Instead of the oreo blizzard i got a poutine. How do you get poutine from an oreo blizzard??? I said my order nice and clear and the lady still didn’t get it right. And she was roling her eyes when i asked where my oreo blizzard was and she rudely told me “you didn’t even order one” I am very disappointed because i came from calgary and drove to edmonton for the mall and this is the service i get? Nice one.

Very bad!!!! They served a chicken sandwich uncooked!!! I am soo hungry that half way of the sandwich, the chicken is raw🤮😤😡. Please work properly, people will get sick of the food your serving!

I went to get desserts at the WEM store around 7:30 PM on July 7, 2025. While I was placing my order, the gentleman at the till started picking his nose. It was quite rude and unhygienic—he didn’t even sanitize his hands afterward. There were also straw wrappers scattered on the counter. I seriously doubt this place is being kept clean.

Absolutely worst dairy Queen ever. Save your money and go somewhere else I ordered one small blizzard. The lady left it sitting unmixed for about 20 minutes, then when she finally mixed it that only took 20 seconds, it was melted. The texture was like a soupy frosty. She didn't put it upside down because she knew it would all fall out.

Got milkshakes here with a friend of mine, and Raj (sorry I think that was his name I could be wrong), the person who made and served us our Milkshakes was so nice!!!! He had a lively upbeat energy and was such a pleasant person to interact with!!!

Eventually got our ice cream and it was typical of what we expect for DQ. The girl working the counter was counting money about 15 minutes before closing. She seemed to be inconvenienced by customers. So much so that my young daughter commented 'I don't think she like her job'. The customer behind us in line also witnessed the behavior and looked at us with raised eyebrows. We were in the food court again tonight, and she was working, so we stayed away.

Ordered a flamer thrower burger. It was noticeably smaller then normal and had no sauce on it. Also had to ask for more ketchup repeatedly since they only give one at a time

If there would be option for negative rating I would do that for sure. Just because of the lady manager working there. I never seen a smile on her face and she’s so rude. The managers are roots of the store but she don’t even know how to talk with the customers. So poor customer service.
Small outlet within WEM. Well managed, prompt service and food was quite good.Icecream and shakes are always awesome.

First and foremost, dude at front has no emotion and is just gaslights the situation and brushes it off his shoulder, we order a tossed basket, and we get charged for the fries outside of the order, like I understand if plus sizing it adds a dollar or two, BUT COMPLETELY SEPERATE, it’s supposed to be a combo I thought, he was very confusing with everything, and then when we get the food I ordered the warm queso dip, ITS COLD NOT EVEN WARMED UP, the fries aren’t even filling the large sized thing and they basically gave us the amount of the regular size in the large, and when I mentioned that, they just pointed out the container difference not the dry difference, didn’t even give me a fork for my meal, yes asked if we wanted ketchup, of course not because I’m already done with the fact they genuinely weren’t understanding us and tasty food, didn’t even like smile or be nice at all genuinely ticked me off, like they could’ve been nice at least.thank you for the food, but if you wanna be in the number 1 mall in Alberta, please make sure you have people who actually want to do their job, because even when I’m having a bad day, and I work retail, I have to stay happy and keep people happy, their attitude and lack of emotion really puts people off.
