If there would be option for negative rating I would do that for sure. Just because of the lady manager working there. I never seen a smile on her face and she’s so rude. The managers are roots of the store but she don’t even know how to talk with the customers. So poor customer service.

First and foremost, dude at front has no emotion and is just gaslights the situation and brushes it off his shoulder, we order a tossed basket, and we get charged for the fries outside of the order, like I understand if plus sizing it adds a dollar or two, BUT COMPLETELY SEPERATE, it’s supposed to be a combo I thought, he was very confusing with everything, and then when we get the food I ordered the warm queso dip, ITS COLD NOT EVEN WARMED UP, the fries aren’t even filling the large sized thing and they basically gave us the amount of the regular size in the large, and when I mentioned that, they just pointed out the container difference not the dry difference, didn’t even give me a fork for my meal, yes asked if we wanted ketchup, of course not because I’m already done with the fact they genuinely weren’t understanding us and tasty food, didn’t even like smile or be nice at all genuinely ticked me off, like they could’ve been nice at least.thank you for the food, but if you wanna be in the number 1 mall in Alberta, please make sure you have people who actually want to do their job, because even when I’m having a bad day, and I work retail, I have to stay happy and keep people happy, their attitude and lack of emotion really puts people off.

Fast food takes over 10 mins for a single combo order. This is hopeless.

I recently had the pleasure of trying the SKOR® Caramel Brownie Cupfection at Dairy Queen, and let me tell you, it was heavenly! As a dessert lover, I am always on the lookout for unique and indulgent treats, and this cupfection definitely exceeded my expectations.First and foremost, the presentation of the dessert was impressive. It came in a clear cup, allowing me to see all the layers beautifully stacked. The combination of rich brownie pieces, velvety soft serve ice cream, luscious caramel sauce, and crunchy SKOR® pieces created a party of textures and flavors for my taste buds. It was truly a feast for both the eyes and the palate! The brownie chunks were moist, fudgy, and perfectly chocolatey. They added a delightful chewiness to each spoonful. The soft serve ice cream was incredibly creamy and had a subtle vanilla flavor that complemented the other components without overpowering them. The star of the show, though, was the caramel sauce. It was rich, smooth, and had just the right amount of sweetness to balance out the chocolate and add a decadent touch. The SKOR® pieces sprinkled on top provided a satisfying crunch and added a wonderful toffee-like flavor. Each bite was pure bliss! The portion size was generous, making it a perfect dessert to share with a loved one or indulge in all by yourself. The staff at Dairy Queen were friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience from start to finish. If you're a fan of desserts that combine different textures and flavors, I wholeheartedly recommend trying the SKOR® Caramel Brownie Cupfection at Dairy Queen. It's a truly delightful treat that will satisfy your sweet tooth and leave you craving more. Don't miss out on this deliciously divine creation - you won't be disappointed! This review is based on my personal experience and taste preferences. Individual opinions may vary.

Horrible service cold fries and miss labeled burgers. Lady at the till had to be right. After I dropped the problem and accepted the mistake she got the receipt and tried to prove she was right when the food was miss labeled. I will never eat at this location again and recommend nobody else does. The chicken strips made my 7year old son sick.

Usually good with DQ but this was brutal. Supposed to be tossed BBQ Chicken strips (in picture). Also ordered Rootbeer Milkshake but received some kind of Milkshake/Float hybrid that ended up in the garbage.

Got a coffee crisp caramel macchiato blizzard. Was not "Blizzard"-like at all. Ice cream was going to melt if not eaten quickly. The lady tipped it on its side only because she knew it was runny. Barely any coffee crisp chunks and what was in there was small. Will be taking my money elsewhere. $5 for a mini too!

I'm giving 1 star because I suspect I got mild food poisoning from here. Today for lunch I came here and ordered onion rings and a flame thrower burger. After I finished, maybe 10 minutes after I started to feel sick. I had to run to the bathroom to throw up. I do not usually get sick from food, this is pretty much the first time this has happened to me. I would like to know if the workers use gloves to handle food, etc. Whatever the case may be, I will not be coming back to this Dairy Queen. :(
