This DQ is the closest place to my house, my last few visits via drive thru continue to disappoint. Portions continue to shrink, service standards fall, cost goes up. Resently ordered a pineapple sunday, expecting chucks and syrup, got maybe a ounce of small chucks no syrup.

Went through the drive thru and found that the order taker was rude. When I recieved my order I asked for a receipt and that frustrated the window attendant. As a customer, I hate feeling like I'm an inconvenience. I don't recommend this DQ to anyone.

This is the most disgusting place. These people literally make people they hate eat nasty old chicken, among other things, things that have fallen to the floor and left around wherever to feed to people who look homeless or who they don't like. They have a small team of people who work here involved. This place should be immediately shut down.

Got a raw sandwich through drive through. Called and spoke to a manager. Received a $10 gift card when the burger itself is $13+. Don’t get me wrong the manager was super nice but it’s unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible service. The staff at this Dairy Queen couldn’t care less about customer experience. They rushed us at the drive-thru, barked at us to hurry up, then abruptly closed the order before we were even finished. As expected, they got everything wrong

Namao centre Dairy Queen spelled my name wrong twice they mixed up the i and an e up some how. I asked them to fix it and they just turned the i into a L. I was really excited to enjoy my birthday cake with my family but now I can’t

I ordered cheeseburgers, fries and blizzards for my family for dinner and all that I received was the blizzards. Restaurant staff should take more care checking orders are complete before handing them off to the delivery drivers as it's extremely frustrating to receive only part of a meal especially when my family was counting on it for dinner, overall the experience was disappointing.
Don’t expect them to get your order right. It’s impossible for them to accurately check an order before handing it over.

Could use a good Deep cleaning on the inside. Weird smell lingering in the site everytime I am at this location. Whoever the owner is of this property needs to seriously dine in themselves and experience what it’s like to sit in a stinky building. The drive through screen is in need of being fixed. They no longer give out doggy cones for the puppies. This location is no longer enjoyable to go to. It’s seems like more of a burden to be honest. The staff needs more uniforms or something everyone looks like they have not washed their uniforms in multiple days.
