Very good service and I was seeing a girl who was giving very good service to all the customers her name is Mehak. She is very nice.
I went in to get a cake with my 3 year old daughter , it was the end of the day and I was feeling pretty burnt out .
Sandi was wonderful .
She took so much care in helping us .
Sandi offered things I didn’t even know I needed !
Thank you so much Sandi for your kindness.
Horrible experience. My crispy wrap was a disaster — sauce leaking everywhere, onions falling out, dirtying my hands and clothes. I was starving but had to throw it away after just one bite. Absolutely unacceptable food quality.
The only highlight was the girl at the front, she told her name as mehak — she was friendly, professional, and gave amazing suggestions. She deserves credit for her outstanding service, unlike the careless kitchen staff.
Excellent customer service yesterday but I forgot the name of the individual. Thank you for making me smile.
Second time ordering ice cream through drive thru within past 1-2 weeks and had the same experience. When your drive thru is busy and wait is long, maybe don’t prepare someone’s ice cream until you’re close to serving them so you aren’t hading them ice cream that is already melting in its cup or dripping down the cone. Service was friendly but lacked some common sense.
$36.75 for 2 boxes of 6pc chicken strips meals. Had to pull aside and wait 5 minutes for “fresh chicken strips”. Get home only to find 1 box had 4 pieces and the other box had 5 pieces in which are super small. If that’s the case give more fries or something! Not worth the price for what was paid.
Ordered a blizzard this evening and asked for (&paid for) double cheesecake - two pieces in the whole thing. Thanks a bunch.
Update: tried this location again and same thing, asked & paid for double cheesecake and got 2 pieces. Ridiculous.
I recently visited Dairy Queen, and it was an absolute delight that brought back a flood of nostalgia. Over 40 years ago, I had my first DQ experience on Dundas Street in London, Ontario—a memory of creamy soft serve and carefree days that’s stayed with me ever since. This latest visit didn’t just live up to that cherished memory; it exceeded it. The ice cream was as delicious as I remembered—smooth, rich, and perfectly satisfying—but what made this trip truly special was the service.
A huge shoutout to Gurjot, who was incredibly attentive and courteous. Their warm smile and genuine care turned a simple treat into a standout moment. Dairy Queen continues to be a place of joy, blending nostalgia with exceptional hospitality.
I love the food here and they are so friendly there
Go to this location all the time, no quality issues really, and most staff I've dealt with are very nice. So basing it on that I would give 4 or 5 stars. But what brings it down is the drive-thru speed. One of the slowest drive-thrus at any fast food place, DQ or otherwise.
Need a way for people with large or complicated orders to be parking in the parking lot and having staff run orders to them for long wait times like other fast food restaurants do. Have seen vehicles waiting at the drive-thru window for 10-15 mins while vehicles pile up behind them (presumably many of whom have small/quick orders)

So hot and fresh
I went to get a gift card and the person who came to help me could not communicate properly, I had to repeat myself multiple times, and the other staff who looked like the people who should help me(she looked like the dishwasher) just walked by, it took way too long for her to load a gift card for me, I tried to ask what was going on and she would not answer me just kept doing whatever she was doing wrong, very frustrating to deal with, I won't be returning to his location
First time trying DQ. Loved the mint oreo blizzard and poutine!
I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip meal with large fries .. I got home, and opened up my meal to find BARELY a small fries. Absolutely ridiculous. No one cares anymore to do their job properly.
This is one of my regular DQ location but, I was not quite happy with our today’s visit in terms of customer service and food quality. The staff didn’t greet us very well. If i would have a receipt, i wanted to escalate this incident to head office so they can provide a proper basic hospitality training to staff. I have simply requested for the “fresh fries” in simple English language and the staff lady couldn’t understand my request in simple language and realized me like I don’t know how to speak. I felt a raciest behaviour from her. Also, the portion size of gravy was not a regular amount as it supposed to be in poutine. I didn’t bring it back to staff as I won’t to deal with the same lady again and disrespect myself to explain my concerns. i won’t go back to this place again in future.
