Never have I been so upset. My hubby has never had a birthday party. I decided since he’s turning 35 I’m gonna through him one. Set it all up and order a cake. His favourite cake in his favourite Color and music notes ( he’s a musician). Get the cake and of course last thing I have to do before the party and it’s absolutely horrible. The notes don’t match huge gaps all over and bubbles. FML I wanted to cry. Not happy that I had to serve this to him. And was really upset.

Your employee kamal really manages it well with customer. I was there with my family and he greeted us well and we saw her with other customers as well. The food was really hot and the blizzards with actually so good at taste. It was a great experience and we really appreciate the customer service training provided to that employee. Will surely visit again

I had the worst experience at this location. I walked in with one customer ahead of me and another behind me. I was waiting to order a cake so I stood there patiently. The two customers were helped and after that the gentleman at the cashier didn’t even look at me and went to the back. I thought they would come back out but they didn’t. So I went up to them in the back to ask if I can order a cake. They told me to wait. When I told the manager that I waited a very long time he told me that they are busy and I was not the only customer. I guess all I was hoping for was an acknowledgment that I will be helped at some point. I don’t think I will be going back to this location.
