I am a regular customer of this location. I visit several times a week either by myself or with my co-workers at lunch. For the last two Fridays (this Friday and last) the service has been extremely slow. I spent 45 mins of my 60 min lunch hour break waiting for my order both days. Today after waiting 45 mins my food was cold and I don't mean the Sundae. My fries and chicken strips are not even warm. The staff are helpful with helping me get my drink as I cannot see, but there is no reason a fast-food restaurant should be this slow and to give me cold food!

Service is awful. No concept of customer service or pleasantries. The blizzards I've had here usually have an air pocket in the middle of the cup that probably accounts for 25% of the food missing.

i don’t usually give out reviews but this one is an exception. i ordered fries and blizzard through doordash. waited for an hour for my order to get done. i received pretzels instead of fries and the ice cream already melted since they took too long to get my order ready. I was really disappointed and mad at the same time because they didn’t give me any notice that they would change my order. Please fix this issue so that it wouldn’t happen to other customers as well

There's something wrong with this location, very bad smell (like urine/feces) and the food is extremely questionable. Last time I came here I got the chicken strips and fries, the gravy had a funk and weird taste and I got sick from it shortly after. Do not recommend.
