Very poor customer services this is my 2nd time going thru drive thru .. they are not a flexible with the orders . Don’t expect this from brand like this and only this location has issues with the orders .. I was happy to have Dq in neighborhood but I guess they it’s useless the manager is never at the location n staff is very unprofessional n untrained .. disappointing

I am not one to leave a bad review, unfortunately today is different. I was waiting in line and no one came to take my order when I was standing in front of the till. They took my order and I paid $17 for my meal which I didn’t mind because I asked for specific things. They did not give me extra lettuce, they gave me my gravy but didn’t make my order a meal so they didn’t give me fries, and on top of that the service was terrible. I will not be returning or this location due to the incompetency, I am very clear when ordering and have worked in the food industry. Do better.

This was the cutest cake i could find close to my home, the servicr provider was also very kind, i love the staff at this dairy Q and have recommended it to many of my friends, my kids loved the cake, the taste is fabulous, the prices are quite affordable. Just loved it

Best DQ I’ve had in 10 years. Went yesterday for lunch. Fresh perfect fries. Burgers were incredible. Workers spoke good polite English and customer service was 10/10. Place was spotless clean. Doors. Glass. Tables. Washroom. Was nice to not be disappointed at a restaurant for once.

If you order delivery, they will mess up your order and then won't reimburse you adequately. The family and I had ordered food for a family movie night. Movie started, food arrives, both the fries and drink are missing from my wife's meal and the food was as cold as could be. They were only willing to reimburse the fries and drink when most fast food places I order delivery from will reimburse you a full free meal for the inconvenience of their mistake. Really they would only be giving us a free burger since we paid for the fries and drink we didn't get.
Had we been in the restaurant, replacing the fries and drink would be adequate. When we order out, it's because we have plans and a botched order cannot be replaced in time. A future free meal should be the default replacement offer, as most fast food places do if you call them.
Edit: Annnnd my 4 year old daughter just found a hair in the middle of her burger.
$15 for a basic meal with no upsizing or extras, you're already ripping people off. The least you could do is adequately reimburse your customer for your mistake.
We won't be going back to this location ever again.

As a 40+ year customer of DQ I can honestly rate this as the best store Ive come across in a long time. The ice cream is tastier with more mixins and actually mixed in when compared to another location nearby. The 2 or 3 staff are friendly and the wait is short even though it seems fairly busy at both drive thru and walkins every time I go in. Nice and bright, clean and open. My new gotoDQ!

Besides the food poisoning I got eating their food, the service was good and prompt, the atmosphere was pretty okay too. I loved being able to sit and talk with my friend for 30 minutes. The food gave me nasty food poisoning. I will never eat soft serve ice cream again after learning about the machines it is made in. Over all not a bad experience except for the nasty food poisoning a few hours later.
Ordered a cake for my daughters 8th birthday and it was beyond perfection. She absolutely loved it and everyone at the party couldn’t believe it was a DQ cake. 5* to your cake team!

Location was very clean, however I was prompted for a tip which I'm not a fan of at fast food restaurants. Was given really small chicken strips and they barely gave me any fries. Normally when strips are small they give an extra one and I literally got half a serving of fries.
Staff were friendly but poor value, maybe the owner is cheap and instructs staff to give small amounts as I see other reviews with this complaint.

I went in just for the dip for the dipped cone after seeing a TikTok and the girl at the counter was more than helpful and gave me a big amount for under a dollar! Great experience

Very friendly and efficient service, Drive thru is always fast, and they will make sure you will get the right order. Keep up the good work and kuddos to your employees (you guys deserve a raise??)

Kid-friendliness: Theres lots of kid friendly items on the menu and in the dine in area theres just enough space for high chairs, And my kids are able to sit through their meal.
Wheelchair accessibility: Most of the tables are wheel chair accessible and have lots of room on the tables.
