You guys need to work on your cupfections.. on Friend day night i ordered 2 blizzards and one cupfection... no doubt the blizzards were good .. but the brownie was extremely cold and hard to eat... and when i went to ask her she told we just put the brownie at room temperature.. Thats fine if you dont do that. But rather than apologising the drive thru lady kept on arguing.. she need to respect others decision and preference.. rather than being rude..
