Bought chicken tenders and fries with a coupon deal of 2 basket of just 4 pieces of chicken and fries no drink, well the price was 18 something with taxes i aint complaining about the food taste but really the fries barely gave me some its like they count them, they're getting really really cheap with the amount of food, they still charge the same or more but the amount its going below and the chicken tenders are getting smaller each time. ?We gotta start cooking more and forget the cravings.

After visiting the new park in NE Edmonton, my husband and I wanted mushroom burgers. We couldn't find a Burger Baron, so we tried the DQ.
Now I know what you're thinking. DQ. Mushroom burgers. It ain't gonna happen. But get ready for a surprise.
We ordered single mushrooms burgers. They also come with sauce and cheese. I had onions and pickles on mine too. It took a while to get them. Always a good thing at a fast food restaurant. They were hot and oh so delicious.
Had a side of onion rings with ketchup. The best!
Oh . . . and I got a free Dilly Bar too.

Just went through the drive-through, there was a hole punctured in my blizzard cup! It was dark so I brought my tray inside, brought my wife her ice cream, and it kept getting all over her hands and she was so confused why it kept getting sticky no matter how much she wiped it.
The drink tray got all wet on that cup holder, and soaked through on the seat of the car too.

Went to the drive thru tonight and we ordered chicken strips and payed. She told me to drive to the front to wait for the food. 20 minutes goes by and no one has come out to us. Multiple people walked in and out with food so I went in and asked what was taking so long. They said it takes 8 min to cook the chicken strips. You should let people know that and that doesn't explain why we waited 20 min. They gave us a coupon for a mini Blizzard as an apology. 20 min for fast food is unacceptable. You shouldn't have to go in the drive thru then have to go inside to pick up the food. Probably won't go back to this location.

If I could give this place zero stars I would, over cooked burgers, undercooked onion rings and poutine. Won’t show any type of remorse of the fact. I won’t ever come back to this location every again with the rude staff and crappy food it’s not worth it.

Burgers were cooked like bricks.hard as rocks an burnt,fries an onion rings were undercooked. Ended up throwing this crap in the trash partially eaten. Called in to complain,had to call three times as they never returned my call only to be offered a partial replacement. Would avoid this place an advise eating elsewhere.

These people are amazing. I started going to Urban when they first opened. They took care of my feet from the damage of wearing work boots every day. 9 years ago I was in a life altering accident. I was unable to do foot care on my own. They took it as their personal mission to make my feet and toes hurt less despite my scared and broken feet and legs. These people are compassionate wonderful and do an amazing job. I can't say anything bad about them. Thank you so much urban ❤

The drive thru is extremely slow. They obviously make your order when you order at the board, but by the time you make it to the window, your treats have started to melt.
