This is by far the WORST location to go to .
I have never been more irritated REPEATING my ORDER 5/6 times . WAITING FOR 10 MINUTES AND GETTING COLD FOOD AND FORGETTING ITEMS I PAID FOR IM ABSOLUTELY LIVID . How hard is this ?

Honestly the saddest order I got :(
Opened the box to see this. Asked for the warm gravy and ended up burning my mouth with how hot it was.

Buying just the fries separately is a better deal than this.

Cashier who took our order could use a little smile and give a more welcoming vibe to the customers. She rarely smiles but gets the order right atleast.
Ordered mushroom swiss burgers. Burger was pale in color. Mushrooms looked like it came from a can. Far from the mushroom burger from other DQ stores in Alberta.
Fries was served fresh but it could stay a couple more minutes in the fryer and should be golden brown.

Food is typical for fast food burgers. Service has always been pleasant and efficient.
Main issue when dining in; the tables and seating are so close it's always a tight and uncomfortable fit for a normal sized adult.

Serving sizes of icecream are not as pictured and way smaller than expected, major skimping. This happened on more than one occasion at this site. We should get what we pay for.

Order burgers that were on special - meat was questionably cooked, and luke warm, tasted bland and ended up sick from it. There's no zero or half star ... Windermere location.
