Halloween night and they were completely understaffed. It was a long wait for our food. But props to the young ladies working there, not their fault at all and they stayed calm and cool. Front girl had to keep going back to help the back staff. Drive through line up was long. My food was meh, probably on account of no back staff. The fries were not hot and my burger was greasy and thrown together. BUT again, the poor front girl was trying to do 2 jobs. So while the food was kinda gross, they really did try. Management needs to make sure they are fully staffed and not with just all young girls.

I’ve had hundreds of blizzards over my lifespan and none have been as bad as the 2 I picked up tonight for my partner and I. I don’t know if the ice milk mixture has been watered down to save cost since it’s BOGO 1.99 right now if DQ over all has changed formulas but I noticed it right away. It’s awful, no creaminess or body to it at all. Just a frothy icy mess with the only flavour being the chocolate syrup in it. I will be checking the other locations to see if it’s universal now and it’s just this one I will be avoiding it for the foreseeable future.

Tried to rip me off and when I caught it on my receipt and asked for a refund, then she says "you people always have to be difficult" Throws the money at me and slams the window shut. I asked for the 2 for $6 deal and a treat. Ended up leaving with nothing. (She wouldn't give me the deal)

recently had the pleasure of visiting the Dairy Queen drive-thru, and I must give a special shoutout to Sandra! From the moment I pulled up, her friendly voice made my day brighter. She was patient while I decided on my order and offered some great recommendations. Sandra's upbeat attitude and genuine enthusiasm for the menu really stood out. She even made sure my order was accurate and double-checked my customizations. It's rare to find someone so dedicated to providing excellent service! The food was, of course, delicious-perfectly cooked fries and a Blizzard that hit the spot. But it was Sandra's warmth that truly made my visit memorable. I left with a smile. Might come back and ask for her number she was cute .

I don’t get it, why can’t they put the teenagers who can speak and understand English perfectly on the drive thru speaker? That would just make things easier for both parties, instead of me saying number 6 and the lady asking me number 3? 🤷🏻♂️

The food at this place is OK. The blizzards aren’t as good as many other DQs I’ve been to. I was there yesterday and got a blizzard in the restaurant and ice cream was running down the side. The employee didn’t seem to care. When I pointed it out I was given napkins as apparently it was now my problem. This was the same employee who took our order and was basically on robot mode. No welcome, no “thanks for coming in”. There were another 4 staff in the back on their phones doing nothing.
My wife used the bathroom and said the soap dispenser was broken and one of the toilets had overflown with nothing done about it. She told the staff but in the 15 minutes or so it took us to eat no one had gone to check it out.
Food is decent, but cashier (on July 15th 6 pm) had a huge attitude with me for some weird reason. Disappointed but I guess the Dairy Queen job is too hard for some people.
