Dairy Queen (Treat)

My child loves to eat at DQ almost every time we go outside. I went to Southgate mall to order chicken strips but unfortunately, they were not serving it in that branch. Since almost everyday we eat at DQ we got some free coupons for kids. The Manager on duty that time, who served us and received our coupon smile sarcastically seems like she wasn’t happy that we were availing our free coupon. Her customer service skill is not impressive and she let us feel that we are not welcome.

They need to learn how to make dipped cones again because I ordered a small one and looks like a dinky size one, they are always cheap there, for how much it cost there now it should be better not worst or get a machine that accurately puts it out. Hire actual workers that like there jobs or appreciate it.

I ordered smoothies and it’s so watery like drinking juice and I ask them to fixed it and didn’t care at all with their service, came back almost the same. Not worth the money I paid for , not an inch satisfied.

Manpreet is an exception employee and I can say that because she provided with amazing customer service. So warm, nice even when they were 2 mins in closing- she still helped me. I hope she gets recognized by the work she does. ????

I ordered a mini cookie dough , I was charge with extra cookie dought without informing me . My thought was its ok as long as I can see the extra that they charge me ! But to my surprise I only got the regular serving of cookie dough. Nothing extra ! Waste of money !

Took my daughter change when I sent her to get a smoothy . When confronted they played dumb. It's only three dollars but I hate when people take advantage of children .

After waiting in a long line to order my food, I was first handed by chilli covered hot dog, and made to wait while everybody else was served their food and drinks, including people who ordered the same drink that I had. By the time I got my Julius my hot dog was soggy cold. Very poor

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DQ HOTDOG ? Amazing and Simple, but Absolutely delicious. The staff here is great! THEY’RE VERY FRIENDLY AND POLITE. Very friendly and it was very quick and easy order process’s I was able to see how my hotdog was put together without any fuss.The place is clean and honestly shout out to the friendly staff. Seeing everyone interact with all their patrons, everyone is friendly.I really enjoyed ordering from this place. Perhaps I’ll order other things but when I’m craving a a hotdog, instead to going to New York fries, I’ll come here instead. Thanks again!!!Wonderful service, Friendly staff and Good food!What more could you ask for? Highly ???recommended coming here when your at the mall.
