Stood at the front by till waiting for someone to take my order but the 3 girls behind the counter were just talking amongst themselves. Very poor customer service. Also the ice cream machine wasn’t working

I bought burger ? on the last Saturday October 14 and ended up with Unprofessional staff. I waited long for more than 15 minutes to get original DQ burger. Even at the end I got the worst burger ever in my DQ experience. I dumped it into the garbage.

Don't go there if you'd like a blizzard.Ordered a large caramel fudge Cheesecake blizzard and got 0 cheesecake in it and almost no chocolate, very dissapointing.

The service is considerate and friendly. The kids love the ice cream. The old brand is still the best.

I ordered my ice cream with brownies and girl did not warmed up they, it’s was sad ? I eat ice cream made 3/4 times in the year and I was disappointed ?

I just bought a chocolate dipped cone here today Feb18 after lunch and the woman working here did not even used a napkin while holding my cone. Her fingers touching my cone makes me want to throw it after in the garbage.

Used a Dairy Queen BOGO blizzard coupon I got in the mail. Staff laughed to each other while passing the coupon around making it seem like the coupon was not valid or something. Did not explain anything to me about why they thought it was abnormal. Zero for service. Wouldn’t order from there again based on the terrible service and attitude from staff.

I went today evening to buy Oreo dirt pie for my kid. The staff over there was so sweet and impressed with the way she helped.

I paid 40$ for 2 six piece combos, with 4 extra strips & 2 gravy. They ripped me off for my 4 extra strips & 2 of those tiny gravys. Both of which accosted me 13$ total. Meaning I paid for 2/3 of a meal & now I have to explain why I'm short food & out practically 15$ after taxes.Never ordering from here again,bjust go to McDonald's or Fat burger, both are located literally nearby.
