Banana split forever. Located in the Londonderry Mall food court this is a great spot for an ice cream treat. I have always enjoyed Dairy Queen’s treats. Now in my late 50’s I can’t remember a time that I haven’t had a DQ treat. My wife and I shared the banana split and enjoyed it. There is lots of seating in the food court and washrooms close by. The service was friendly and quick. We will be back at another time to enjoy the treats.

Given that I do not go for fast foods and having no time to make smoothies, I passed Dairy Queen and wowzer, the smoothie was superb made with fresh ingredients..will definitely make a point of stopping more often as the price is affordable, the ingredients excellent and service with a smile and nice and clean ambience!!

The staff are always so friendly and outgoing. The food court gets extremely busy at times, but the staff are always smiling , even at the most problematic customer. I always have a chili cheese dog when the craving hits, and I am NEVER disappointed. If you work in the mall you also get a discount on your food items.

I don’t understand why there is always only one employee when its busy; if i was working there I would be simply overwhelmed. This has been going on for over a year. They really need to fix their staffing situation, they have the longest lines because they do one order every 5 minutes.

Surprised by the interior and how clean it was. The outside doesnt give it justice.
At 8:45 pm on Tuesday October 24, 2018, the only employee in sight just about refused to serve me because she "was closed". I asked her why she was closed if the mall is still open and it's only 8:45 pm. So she said, "well the cash till is closed so I can only take debit". I told that was okay because I intended on paying debit. She then said, "well all we have left is ice cream and Julius". I told her that was cool because that was literally the majority of what they served and all I wanted was ice cream. She FINALLY took my order. She did not flip my blizzard. I honestly didnt complain at the time because she was way to busy to assist me as a customer to even hear me complain. I will be coming back for my free blizzard due to her inability as a DQ employee to flip my blizzard. Please check your cameras from about 8:43 to 8:35 to confirm. Not impressed with the customer service or lack thereof offered to me this evening.

We bought an ice cream cake for a birthday and it was large enough and people liked it. While there, had the double cheese burger and I honestly thought it tasted just like a Quarter Pounder. I was satisfied with the lunch special pricing and got a free dessert for buying the cake.
