July 2025. The white lady with the white hair was being very disrespectful. First off, I was retrieving my free dilly bar from the survey from my receipt, that I clearly should've received since it was my receipt. Then, she proceeded to say that people like me are the ones who are faking to get the dilly bar ( I am a man of colour). Next, she told me close the tab since you cannot use that code again which I proceeded to follow. Then after, she told me show the code but I had already closed the tab as she told me to. Then without my permission, she took my phone and started deleting every tab that was open without my consent. She said the tab with the code would be at the top but since I had the max number of tabs open it was at the bottom. This interaction was very rude and not compassionate. I felt disrespected and disregarded. To clarify who it was she was working on July 17, 2025 at 3 pm.

Went there to get an Oreo brownie cupfection or whatever. The lady working there, samira as written on the receipt, is such an arrogant lady... she was behaving as if she is giving us free food. First, she said we don’t have that ice cream and when i asked for a blizzard which i was going to try for tye first time, i asked for the sizes of ice creams uh have and she was super rude while answering. Her way of serving food is not okay at all. I don’t know why is she even working at a store like this when she doesn’t have basic retail etiquette. I think she should get fired as all of the bad reviews at ur place is because of that girl. Our receipt number was 63 date 04/28/25 6:44pm Very disgusting service!! Not recommended at all👎👎👎👎👎

There was a worker there named Loveleet (sorry if I misheard or didn’t spell correctly), and I forgot my wallet at home with my arc card and change inside. She immediately offered to give me a bus ticket. The service was amazing regardless if I got food or not, she deserves a raise :)
