We really enjoyed our lunch. The ox bone soup and dolsot bibimbap were homey and hit the spot.

I hate that I didn't know about this place before, and I love so close to the restaurant. We have ordered korean bbq, which is made in kitchen, and it is very very tasty and delicious. Their kimchi is the best I've ever tried, period. Can't wait to go back and try different dishes!

Food was so good, cooked perfectly. The chidondak is my favourite The place is kept very clean as well as the bathroom, and the staff are super friendly too! I always love coming back here~

This place has a great menu and I was looking forward to trying it. Order Bulgogi, Pork side and squid. Expected significant beef pork and squid. Had to wade through veggies (mostly onion) to find the scant animal protein. very disappointing . The ratio of "meat" to veggies was very poor. If you want primarily a veggie dish with a bit of animal protein thrown in might work for you.

We ordered tofu soup with beef, kimchi soup and fried chicken. The Kimchi soup is more spicy than the tofu soup but both are good. Fried chicken is crispy outside and juicy inside.

So good! The spicy pork belly and spicy chicken are our go-to. Never disappoints, prices are cheaper compared to other Korean places!

There are so many Korean restaurants on 34th Avenue and surrounding areas on the south side now. Each restaurant has a different style and offering from modern to traditional and fusion to street foods. Some specialize in their fried chicken. Daore isn't a fancy establishment by any means. Their location and interior is very plain and straightforward. But they do serve up amazing traditional Korean fare with super customer service. I visit many of the Korean restaurants in the area but still always found myself coming back here when I just want food old fashioned Korean food.

The food was fast and delicious. The smell from the kitchen is intoxicating. Very reasonable lunch prices. Please get the fried chicken! We had the soy sauce fried chicken....unbelievably good flavors!

Cute place, good food and the portion was generous. Their kimchi is popular, the kimchi pancake was delicious and bi bam bap was cooked perfectly.

Delicious food and great value for money. Unlimited kimchi and beansprout salad is a nice plus. Only downside is very limited Gluten Free options, as my wife is GF. We went in expecting this though, as Korean cuisine does rely heavily on soy sauce. Staff went above in beyond in accommodating us, thoroughly answering any questions we had and ensuring we had GF options to meet our needs. We appreciated this and the overall staff friendliness and attentiveness, which contributed further to the enjoyment of our meal. Menu with pictures, extremely clean bathrooms, and simple tea as opposed to water were also nice touches. Would highly recommend.
