I will give no stars but I need to select one Half of restaurant is closed and the other half is only 2 table fill with teens and F bombs . Here is my very tone control review to over come rage : I visited the Denny’s at Ellerslie (9299) with colleagues after a long day at a conference, and the experience was disappointing. When we arrived, we waited for about 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging us—neither the cook nor the server approached. My colleagues eventually left, but I stayed to see if service would improve.
When I finally sat down and tried to order drinks, I was told the bar was closed and some menu items were unavailable. This was surprising because the restaurant was half empty, and on the occupied side there were only two tables—mine was the third. Despite this, service was still lacking.
The atmosphere also wasn’t ideal, as nearby tables were loud and using inappropriate language. For a location inside a hotel and close to the airport, I expected a more welcoming and professional environment for travelers and guests.
I hope management can address these issues by improving staff attentiveness, ensuring clearer communication about menu availability, and maintaining a comfortable dining atmosphere. These changes would make a big difference for customers looking for a reliable place to eat.

The design of this Dennys is very modern lounge like giving it a more premium feel.
The service was subpar, but acceptable. The table was missing key condiments which should have been stocked and refilled before the next customers.
Some of the menu items for breakfast have changed in quality perhaps from a different vendor. Served dry and overcooked. Toast was not toasted enough. Coffee flavor was strong and bitter like a dark roast.
