Desi Club Indian Street Food & Sweets

I ordered Bhel Puri for takeout from your restaurant, and it was completely inedible extremely bitter and unpleasant. The chutney they provided was a strange and unbalanced mix of sweet and spicy flavors. I had no choice but to throw the food in the garbage.

I called and informed their staff right away. They said they would tell the owner, but no one ever called me back. When I followed up the next day, they tried to convince me the food was fine instead of taking responsibility.

This is unacceptable food quality and terrible customer service. If a customer reports an issue, you should respond properly, not make excuses. I’m very disappointed and won’t be ordering again unless this restaurant starts taking accountability for its food and service.

So dissaponting food and prices. Its written 8.99 for burger with fries, when we ordered that they bring burger with chips and gave the excuse that this is our old menu if you need fries pay an extra dollar for that. Even the food was too bad. Not recommended

If there is an option of 0 starts, i would give that. Literally worst food i ever had. I read a review that the customer having constipation after eating their food, now its happening with me.

I didn’t want to leave a review earlier, but their food gave me food poisoning and made me really sick. I told them the food looked and tasted rotten, but they didn’t believe me at first. They eventually exchanged it after I insisted. Definitely not going back.

So I ordered paneer khurchan which good but spicy fried rice was not at all spicy then the I asked for container she brought the smallest really disappointed with the service even though food was average and atmosphere of place was amazing

Today we visited here, its totally useless. Worse experience of food, customer service is totally zero. Rude and unwelcoming atmosphere. The food is totally cold and tasteless. We ordered naan, but they served “papad”to us. Visting here means Wastage of money and spoiling mood.

The food was extremely bad, and the customer service was even worse. When we asked for napkins, the server only gave us 3 napkins for 4 people — very rude and unhelpful. For a place that calls itself a street food and sweets spot, the flavors were bland and nowhere near authentic. The overall attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome, and it completely ruined the dining experience.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money — there are much better Indian food options around with real hospitality

Service is amazing, Ajandeep kaur and Ravneet did great job as a server. Today vishakhi celebrated at legislature Hall both doing great job. I appreciate both servers service.
