Wasn't worth the hype. The food was meh, came at different times, the mac and cheese was congealed, and a few of the items I ordered were missed completely. To add insult to injury the space felt cramped. I spent way to much for what I got. Would not go back.

Dietary restrictions: Like nothing is gluten-free, despite it mostly being meat.

We ordered the family platter. Brisket was not very tender,and just warm. The sausage was Luke warm. The fries had more heat then both.

A very mixed review here. I had the Burnt Ends sandwich which I thought was quite good. I have had many in my life and this one was nice and tender and some sweet BBQ sauce on the side.

I had a side of beans - very disappointed - I don't think there were 20 beans total in it and the taste was pretty basic and boring. I honestly get better beans in a can than what I had there.

My friend had the mac and cheese for his side and after 2 bites did not finish anymore.

Can't really give any marks for service. We stood in line to order then had to go to the counter to get the food.

Probably will not be going back - Sandwich was okay but the rest wasn't worth trying again

Extremely tiny childrens portions. I ordered this thinking the price would be according to the portioning of food and it’s so small even my children wanted more after one serving. This greedy restaurant won’t send proper portions to people and they leave me sad. I just lost my dog ocho and he would be disappointed mommy doesn’t get her fix of our favourite food. Just why did you guys have to do this to us. Hard working tax payers and I just think this is hurting the general state of the world.

We ordered the family pack and dz wings for takeout last night. When we came to pick it up, we realized it was wing Wednesday and bogo for wings. When we asked about this, we were told not on takeout orders (which is fine, except if I had ordered on Uber Eats, I would have gotten the wing deal). When we got home, the order was wrong. We chose the beef brisket and beef sausage for our meat choices and got kielbasa instead. The brisket and sausage were very dry, the Mac and cheese bland and mushy and the fried cauliflower was like cardboard.

Food is really good and we go often. The only reason I am giving it a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because on several different occasions they have already been out of baked potatoes for the day when we have arrived before 6pm.

Tried this place for the first time, their famous brisket was so dry that without the sauce it was basically inedible. Spent $70 for two people and we were still hungry after because the meat serving was so small. Would not recommend & would not come back 👎🏼

Stupid me for trusting the process. 40 minute to find out they forgot our order. The tip was pointless. $65 paid for a good poutine, good brisket, good wings, but the mash potatoes were flavourless, the Mac and cheese was baby mush, and the chicken and Turkey were just ok. Fix your sides if you’re gonna charge $5 for a small. Next time I’ll stick to the $15 poutine and just stand near the cash register until I get it. Shout out to the young man in glasses who got our food quickly once he found the mistake and looked pretty embarrassed that my ticket never got printed for service.

Your employees are just annoying why I have to carry my bag to your place my bag is bought with my money and lies in my car and I do not have to carry it to the restaurant and below I will leave you the rules of Uber in which it says that we as couriers are not obliged to carry any bags with you you are generally naked decided to transfer all the costs to the couriers in general. At Uber Eats, couriers are not required to purchase thermal bags at their own expense. The use of isothermal bags is recommended to ensure safety and proper transportation of orders, especially when delivering by bicycle to protect the food from traffic and weather conditions. However, the use of such bags is not a mandatory requirement. P.S

The quality and portion sizes have decreased dramatically while the price has only gone up. I’ve also had my order cancelled multiple times due to the store being too busy. After multiple disappointing experiences I will not be attempting to order again.
