Believe the 1 star reviews here, and go to the other Domino's location downtown. Food was both terrible (raw and low-quality) and late over 40 minutes (for a carry-out mind you). Staff was incompetent, unhelpful and beyond rude. I have ordered from Domino's in general hundreds of times all over the city, and this was the worst experience by a landslide. Do not go here.

this is the pizza they gave me as hard as rock, when confronted them they said thats how it’s supposed to be. the buffalo spicy sauce was sour so i asked them to taste it themselves, they instead chuckled in front of me, if its not possible say that instead of laughing at the customer. this is their customer service. i wont even feed my dog their pizza let alone a human being.

I placed an order for delivery a while ago and I was really not impressed for the money I ended up paying. The middle of the pizza was raw and the Parm bites were smothered in garlic butter and it gave me and my spouse massive heartburn and made me even vomit. Will not reccomend to others.

I just visited the place and ordered a large pizza. The pizza did take about 10 minutes to be prepared but the taste made it seem like it was prepared hours ago. The toppings did not seem fresh. Additionally we were unable to finish it off and requested a carry paper bag or anything but they denied it right away. The person did not even bother to look up and politely deny. There was no consideration at all.

I placed an order hours in advance due to an event I needed the pizza for, and when I arrived my name appeared on the screen that it was ready. I talked with staff and they checked the pizzas ready to go and mine was not there. They then proceeded to not say anything to me after checking when it was not there. I then waited a few minutes, and asked again, to which they checked again and it was not there. I asked further what was going on and they said it must be coming. I then waited further until there were no customers left in the store and no pizzas were being made. I still had to approach them at that point and ask what was going on. They then realized something is actually wrong and started making my pizza 30 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. I don’t expect compensation, however for those interested I was not offered anything extra or reduced price, just a quick “sorry we’ll make the pizzas now.”

Everytime i get extra sauce it is too much. Tried calling today after ordering online to get less than the normal extra amount. The guy didn't seem to care and hung up without saying anything after. The pizza came like it always does, a sauce boat. I just want a little extra sauce or 1/2 the amount that comes with it. Not impressed. Now, this is not the restaurants fault but Dominos doesn't allow you to add notes to pizza orders or anything. Special instructions, ect. Going to start ordering from a different pizza place.

Talked to a cashier to order the regular pizza I order for my kids and ask for stuffed crust Parmesan, i didn’t care how much it will cost because my kids wanna try the stuffed crust, when the pizza arrive the order is totally wrong and when I call back the manager is the one who I’ve talk to and he is implying that it’s gonna be more expensive as the stuffed crust cost 6$ plus the way he said it it’s like’ do you have money to pay for the stuffed crust? I was offended, the cashier who took my order is the one who made a mistake and her accent is too thick and not very clear that i didn’t realize when she’s repeating my order she got it wrong, when the manager Gulpreet is the one who’s talking to me he is raising his voice when I told him that it’s kinda rude to imply about the price of the pizza being more expensive. I will never ever order any food in this establishment.
