In my view, it’s disrespectful for the staff to speak in their own language while customers are present. I also observed that food service takes longer than expected, as some staff members seem to spend more time talking than working. Additionally, there have been instances where the wrong orders were given, which can be frustrating. I also ordered extra cheese on my pizza, but I could barely taste any at all. I hope they improve next time.

This is some of the worst food that I’ve ordered in a pretty long time. We ordered just a regular pepperoni pizza, the cheesy garlic finger and the cinnamon bites. The pizza had no sauce on it, wasn’t even cut and so burnt. The garlic fingers were so flavourless and dry, they snapped like a chip. If you told me that it was left under the heater for the last 12hrs I would believe you. The cinnamon bites were also overcooked but the worst thing was the glaze that came with it , I opened the first one and it tasted like straight melted plastic, I thought maybe it was a bad one. When I opened and tried the second I thought it was rotten. All I could taste was plastic. The food was so bad that we actually had to go get food somewhere else . I couldn’t even choke it down if I wanted to .

This location of Domino's is terrible. I ordered and paid for extra cheese. Pizza was dry and had barely any cheese. Tasted like stale bread. I gave the store another chance bc of point system and ordered promotional offer of Brooklyn pizza that comes with cheesy bread and a 2 L of Coke. Only pizza was delivered, dry with barely any toppings. I called the location and was told cheesy bread and pop would be delivered. Then I get a call from the manager insisting I placed the order incorrectly. I asked if she was seriously arguing with me over pop and cheesy bread. She said she would send the items over and pay for them out of her own pocket. I paid for the bread and pop already. She was trying to manipulate me into either giving up the items or to pay even more for the order. The plan was to order pizza and watch a movie. The pizza was terrible and I had to fight to get the rest of my order. As a senior this caused indigestion and anxiety. My quiet evening was anything but. If you do not want to honor your promotions do not offer them. I will not order from Domino's again. Worst location ever!

We ordered over the phone for delivery, they didn’t ask for our phone number, didn’t ask for the address. We called them back because they hung up before we could even give them the phone number, unit number or confirm the name. They had the name wrong on the order when we called back a whole 2 minutes later. We gave them the address and phone number, as well as the name; and then my sister - who was coming home and didn’t know we had ordered pizza- saw the delivery driver in the lobby. The delivery driver told my sister that he never got a phone number to call us, never got a buzzer number from the person who sent him out, and just knew he needed to come to the building. Again I want to clarify she had zero clue we had ordered pizza, it was meant to be a little “we got pizza!” I don’t think this is the drivers fault at all. It has majorly to do with the lack of information that they took and what was given to the driver. To make the long short: when we phoned back we were very clear of the phone number as well as the address. We never got an ETA, never got a callback, and had to call two times to confirm our order before it was even placed. Whoever sent the driver out told him absolutely nothing aside from “go to this building” We tried to call a different dominoes but they won’t deliver to us because this location has our address in their delivery radius.
I try not to leave negative reviews and let things slide but this was just abysmal and really irritating.
