Things are getting more hectic as Xmas draws near. Busy time like this makes me particularly appreciate the convenience and quick meal that I can always count on Domino's Pizza to deliver, especially with Lynn, my favorite pizzaiolo, doing the baking. Horrible service. Waited an hour to find out my pizza was given away and had to wait another 20. Didnt walk out with a pizza. The second tine in a row this happened at heritage valley location.

We are usually impressed with James Mowatt Domino's.We had a pan pizza. It was delicious. We are completely hooked, ordering three times a week. This location makes excellent pizza (most of the time) We have, however, discovered that the pizza quality can vary drastically depending on the day and who is working. At least once a week we receive a substandard pizza. It's edible. But it's something Domino's should fix. The pizza should be fantastic every day. We have had a couple that we had to check if we ordered no cheese by mistake. We didn't. We failed to locate any cheese two times. We overlook this unacceptable practice because when Domino's gets it right, it's superb. When they mess up it's still edible which you just can't say about all pizza anymore. This is a good location usually.

This is the 1st and last time we will order from JM location. We ordered a large regular pizza and small GF. Both were terrible, I mean rock hard. Thin hard dry crust, with no sauce and minimal toppings. $40 for crap. Dominos you need to do better than that, there is way too much competition for this type of experience. Busters Pizza, on Allard is constantly fantastic-we will stick with that I guess.
Id like to thank Domino's pizza for everything and especially Merlin who makes almost all the pizzas I order. They are the best I've ever tried

Tried to call them for pickup order the store is located just 1 Km from my home But no pickups after 11 only delivery which is the first time i heard anything like that Is it the domino’s policy
