I recently had a disappointing experience with the delivery service. The driver showed a lack of professionalism and gave me attitude when I asked for my pizza. Despite giving clear instructions to meet me in the lobby, he seemed unwilling to help and even suggested I take the pizza myself. It felt frustrating and disrespectful, especially since I had made it clear where to meet. This was the worst customer service I've encountered.
