Not really welcomed when coming to pickup six large pizzas online, a very cool face, I hoped they could label them on box somehow, but no, had to open one by one and wrote by ourselves. Wanted to have just one small box, it was hard and difficult, sounded like that costs them a fortune.

Worst pizza around. I order from Domino's often, usually when I'm out and from a different location. Every now and then when I'm at home I forget how bad the pizza is at this location and order form them. I've ordered from this location about 5 times and each and every time it's the same thing, OLD pizza, it never tastes fresh, because I keep forgetting how bad this location is I'm deleting the Domino''s app so I don't forget and order from this location again. The second time, I complained and the Manager or Owner texted me offering a discount on my next order, I told him to keep his discounts as I would not be ordering again, but I keep forgetting because the other locations have great pizza.
Reply to Owner: What for, so you can offer me a discount on more old pizza? No thanks. As for the order number, it was Order #44 from your location, Oct. 14, 2024

I recently had a disappointing experience with the delivery service. The driver showed a lack of professionalism and gave me attitude when I asked for my pizza. Despite giving clear instructions to meet me in the lobby, he seemed unwilling to help and even suggested I take the pizza myself. It felt frustrating and disrespectful, especially since I had made it clear where to meet. This was the worst customer service I've encountered. I hope Domino's trains their staff better to ensure customers receive the service they deserve.

Update September 09/2024: the quality has deteriorated significantly. Ordered Philly steak online. Except for 5-6 shredded meat pieces it was all veggies.
My first time ordering pizza from Domino’s and I’m surprised they have donair meat as toppings. Would be nicer if they have donair sauce on the side.
