I like that they have an open kitchen set-up, I can see how they prepare orders, and things are clean and in places. My pizza was great, and freshly hot with lots of toppings.
I usally don't have issues with this dominos but I ordered a large donair pizza and a large Philly steak pizza I was given a large deluxe im allergic to pork and I have major acid reflex and can't have regular pizza sauce and so they said they bring it I waited an hour called back and they are trying to argue with me about my order long story short I waited 2 hours for my pizza and got a extra pizza I cant even eat

A month ago, they just straight-up just did not deliver my prepaid and tipped order. Argued with me on the phone. Eventually they remade and delivered the pizza, hours after I ordered it.
Today, at 11:00am I ordered $100 of pizza to be delivered at 2pm. Prepaid and tipped.
They called me at 1:47pm from the auto dial, as they usually to let me know the pizza is on the way. Location is a 5min drive from me so I went to wait for the delivery.
Now 40min later, im calling the store where the woman on the phone continually denies they called me. Then, she admits my food isn't even done. Keeps asking her co workers who called me, as if I am lying. I am hosting a birthday party and I gave this location my business, prepaying 3hrs in advance, only to not only be late, argued with, no remorse or apology. Just excuses.
Rediculous. If you weren't going to even remotely be able to fulfill the completely reasonable order a courtesy call should have been made.
That is how business should be conducted. I've rarely been so angry at customer service in my life but this was a whole new level of disrespect from people who simply do not care.
Edit: pizza still did not show up. I called and canceled it, and had to send 18 kids home hungry.

I love dominos pizza it's fairly priced you order it and it's at your house in less then 20 minutes the usually have a good deal offered and you get points every time you order and they can add up quickly and what you redeem the points for are better then any other place around now you know
These guys have stepped their game up! Definitely will be ordering more from this location

Very tasteless pizza. No taste to the sauce and the pizza dough is also tasteless. The sauce has a paste texture which somehow gets everywhere. Francis around the corner is a much better choice.

I went tonight to buy just a bottle of pepsi and they were open till 2 am despite of being open they denied to give me pepsi i even showed them a sign that its open and still they denied Very very very disappointed Some customers live nearby and come by walk just to buy a pop And even keeping sign of open and denying customer its really bad And on google maps it showing that they close at 2 Never gonna go there anymore I need manager of this store to take action on this its really ridiculous

Callingwood Domino’s is awesome. There was a slight error in my last order and when I called, they offered to send out a new pizza. Shortly after they called and said they were really busy and would I prefer to just have a credit for another pizza down the road. I took the credit, it had been a while since I had ordered so I was concerned they may not Remember or noted it on my file. But they did and they honoured their credit. Food is always fresh hot and quick service and attention to detail is always there and if not, obviously they will tend to the issue. One of my favourites go to is the stuffed bread, if you haven’t tried it you really need to !

The guy who was taking order at Oct 18 11:00 pm was Rude and seems like he didn’t want his job. The food is absolutely cold and overcooked shown in the picture. 16 pieces of wings for $25?? And they aren’t even that huge of a wings? Absolute wasteful of my money.
Pizza is always phenomenal, and they're always super quick with delivering. There piece of the pie rewards is pretty awesome as well.
