Probably the best pizza you can get on the west end! And yes I’ve been to all the “must go” pizza places all around the Edmonton area. Those places are expensive and the pizza is “Meh” at best. Trust me - try a pizza from this Domino’s and be impressed. I know it’s a chain pizza place but the owners and staff really know how to make a superb pizza.
This location must have changed owners or had a huge change of management because it is a very well run place now. Pizza comes out hot and on time, the staff are friendly and they actually do the quality checks on the pizza. I watched tonight as the cook used a temperature probe to make sure the pizzas were the right temperature (perfectly hot).
We ordered a 2 topping pan crust pepperoni and sausage and a regular hand tossed BBQ chicken feast pizza and both had tons of toppings and were made exactly as ordered. The crust was light, delicious and perfectly cooked. I used some points to get the 2 topping pizza for free and, you might expect a skimpy serving of toppings and cheese. But no, it was loaded with pepperoni.
I can’t recommend this particular location enough. Try it once and it may become your favourite pizza place!

This place has the worst customer service!!! My family and I ordered 2 large pizzas, a gluten free pizza, and 3 orders of wings. They over charged us AFTER they messed up our order and didn’t say anything. They brought us mediums and we paid for larges. Upon calling about this issue they essentially told us to go bleep ourselves after the lady who took our order admitted to messing up and said “oops I forgot to tell you they were mediums” they now will not take our calls. DO NOT EAT HERE. On top of all of it they didn’t give us the proper discount when using the student ID discount. If the people running this joint had any sense they would fix the issue and offer the refund amount of their mistakes. AWFUL service and GREEDY people.

First time I have been so disappointed in my order! Still having issues with the app, so had to once again place the order as a guest, so no rewards added to my current profile. Barely any sauce on the pizza, toppings were also quite sparse. Also still unsure why one of the pizzas was also more expensive, as it was an advertised deal of 4 toppings per pizza. Domino's, you disappointed me!
This Domino's location (6239 199 St) is clean, food was fast, well made & fresh. Would mosy definitely return!

The ordering online is super easy and quick. It lets you know when it goes in the oven. It lets you know when it's finished. Every time I have been inside to pick up, its always immidiate friendly greetings. The place is alwats spotless. Food is always ready by the time I get there. I'm in and out within seconds. Always a great expereince.
