I came hours before closing and when I went to the door the employee locked it in our faces then continued to ignore us when we knocked on the door. Extremely disappointed, awful customer service, either change your hours or open the door.

There's an old saying: You're only as good as your last performance. Very true here. I had given a 5-star, glowing review of this location, but now I have to make a severe 180 on that. We always order square cut but our last 2 visits to this location have resulted in pie cut pizzas. Today, the guy who cut my pizza noticed his mistake and walked to another employee to tell him and he told him to sell it anyway. Nah. Not today. I'll simply walk out and never return.

I ordered for delivery the man I was talking to literally had the worst customer service ever constantly cutting me off. Sounded really irritated When I got the pizza delivered, it literally was burnt. The meat was so dry and it literally taste like blood and when I called back and asked for a refund, he immediately got defensive and said we can’t do that saying it would cost him more money if I returned it, and it wasn’t permissible this is absolutely unacceptable don’t spend your money here.
