I wrote a review on Fri Aug 22nd and I was really disappointed. 15 minutes after posting that review, Donair Bros called me. They apologized and stated what happened shouldn’t have happened. Terry was very professional and wanted to make sure my next experience was a great one. We ordered tonight, and let me tell you they went above and beyond. The donairs superb, extra tzatziki and fries. Customer service was exceptional! You guys have changed my mind completely! Five stars. Thank you, all of you!

Hands down the best Donair place in Edmonton, the owners and workers are awesome some of the nicest people ever and the service is top notch It’s my absolute go to! Any person I’ve ever taken with me or recommend the place to has always loved it equally as much as I do, but be careful you won’t enjoy any other donair once you have donair bros because it won’t be as good! The people are super friendly, the place is always clean and tidy, food is always amazing and your donair is always wrapped properly! Trust me this is the place to go!
Honestly, I'm very skeptical of new donair shops I haven't tried. This was one of the best donair shops I've had the pleasure of eating at. I usually get the biggest size, I thought super would be big enough. But, I eat a lot more than the average person haha. Absolutely loved it, they guys were amazing and polite. Good vibes and GREAT donair. 100% recommend.
