We’re regular customers here.
The food is really nice here!
But!!!
The lady forgot to give us water only the cup as we sat. It’s okay maybe she is new?
After we finished the meal, they usually gave free small drink. The same person, she didn’t gave us so we asked. And she showed a very unwilling face…It is really not a proper attitude to customers I think.
Actually it happened when we ate last time.
Maybe we won’t come next time…
By the way, there’s one lady always had a smile on her face! She was really nice.

I went yester day. It's not even worth giving a star rating. The server(she looks older then other sever) is rude and tells lies to avoid admitting her mistakes. I'm a regular here but I don't want to go because of the server.

Yesterday we ate dumplings in this cafe. My son was poisoned, and had severe pain. We went to the hospital. Our complaints were not responded and did not even apologize. We do not recommend this place!! Be careful.

The service is not good. They add 15% gratuity fee although we were a party of 5. They knew it because we confirmed with them from the beginning to the end.

The food menu is not written clearly what it is. Very bad food.

We had the Haemul Soontubu (was great) and Gogi Kalgooksu (was very bland). The buzzer for service could be turned down, it was quite annoying. And couldn't believe when we were charged for our takeout containers when we didn't finish our meals! The containers and the bag added an extra $6 to our bill.
Exceeds expectations! The soup broth is so full of flavour. I like fairly spicy and the regular spice level was perfect. They bring these nice little sides. Kim chi, bean sprouts, and sweet and spicy Korean radish radish. This is certainly a hidden gem. I will want to return every time that I come to the mall.

Stopped by this Korean spot inside the mall, and while I was a little bummed they didn’t have the traditional Korean fried chicken I was craving, the rest of the menu definitely made up for it. I got the pork belly, and wow—it basically melted in my mouth. So good! The place had plenty of seating, and the service was super friendly. Overall, a solid spot, and I’d definitely come back to try more dishes!

I won't allow myself to eat here ever again.
Mediocre food.
Bad service
Since both locations are similar, it means there is a management issues or owner is the problem.

When I dined in last night, a waitress served me with cold water, I asked for hot water instead of cold water, the waitress give me two choices, either cold water or tea, I told her I just wanted hot water, she said no no no. I didn’t leave left, I stayed for my meal without any hot water.
