We had the Haemul Soontubu (was great) and Gogi Kalgooksu (was very bland). The buzzer for service could be turned down, it was quite annoying. And couldn't believe when we were charged for our takeout containers when we didn't finish our meals! The containers and the bag added an extra $6 to our bill.

Exceeds expectations! The soup broth is so full of flavour. I like fairly spicy and the regular spice level was perfect. They bring these nice little sides. Kim chi, bean sprouts, and sweet and spicy Korean radish radish. This is certainly a hidden gem. I will want to return every time that I come to the mall.

McGriffin Correos

Stopped by this Korean spot inside the mall, and while I was a little bummed they didn’t have the traditional Korean fried chicken I was craving, the rest of the menu definitely made up for it. I got the pork belly, and wow—it basically melted in my mouth. So good! The place had plenty of seating, and the service was super friendly. Overall, a solid spot, and I’d definitely come back to try more dishes!

The male server’s service was awesome! He was super nice and professional. We were so happy to find a great spot for lunch. The foods were amazing. I especially loved their kimchi!

When I dined in last night, a waitress served me with cold water, I asked for hot water instead of cold water, the waitress give me two choices, either cold water or tea, I told her I just wanted hot water, she said no no no. I didn’t leave left, I stayed for my meal without any hot water.

Food was amazing! The service was super fast, the staff are very attentive and don’t leave you waiting for long. Really enjoyed this place! The pork galbi and corn cheese was amazing and the sides are very filling

I’m a consistent customer who eats at dookbaeki especially at the south location. Whenever I eat at the WEM location, the servers would give attitude when we ask for the yogurt drink even if we tip every time even though the drink is free and is always given at the south location. Just disappointed as a regular customer because when I went today with a friend and after paying, we asked for the complimentary drink but the server rolled her eyes and only gave one, even though there was 2 of us and we could see there was still lots of drinks. Would recommend south location instead for better customer service.

The lady who works there last night was very rude. She should educate herself on how to do better on customer service. You don’t have to talk like that to paying customers who want to eat at the restaurant. Very disappointing. Not going anywhere near this place.

This was my second visit. I usually go to the south commen branch. The food and service there are very good. But WEM branch’s service was unacceptable. The waitress with glasses threw the menu on my table and disappeared. Despite calling her to order, I was ignored. I noticed the same thing happened to the table next to me, where no one had ordered. I eventually left for another restaurant. Such service will definitely drive customers away.
