I've eaten here many times and love their Gamjatang, but it can be hit & miss. Had Gamjatang pork bone soup today again, returned home and had the runs constantly. It was definitely the food. Just have to make sure you come when it's busy so you get the fresh meat.

I believe we ordered #25 and #42, and both came with refillable side dishes and all were so good! #25 truly woke me up with its spice. I love how the servers here are snappy. Just press the button on the table, and they’ll come rushing to you. I value servers who have a sense of urgency (check my recent reviews to compare haha). I have not had Yakult in a while, so the free small drink (tastes similar) upon checking out was a great surprise!

This is the restaurant my family would not return again. Food portion is small and food quality feels like "street food" charged with premium price. Well, street food can taste good, but this restaurant's food is bland. Their tea is lukewarm water with hardly any color or taste, and seating is too tight to feel comfortable... Overall, it is not worth the money for the experience.

Please be forewarned the regular spice level is spicy.I haven't been to a Korean restaurant in a long time so I asked for regular spicy thinking it was Canadian spicy. It is authentic spicy.Don't get me wrong the food is delicious, just want you to be aware what you are in for.My dinner date loved the food. It is unlike any other cuisine. Not boring at all. Very healthy food.

I am food lover and loves to eat in different restaurant. I usually give positive reviews but not this time. I must say dookbAeki is one of my family fav and we come to this branch especially if with my big family as we live nearby. There were times i felt some staff are unfriendly at all but i ignored. Still we come here numerous times. But lately, i was approached by one of the staff to tell me that my kid baby food is not allowed. I even say it is just little one that he usually eat as my toddler wont eat any on the menu due to spicies but still they said no. I am so dissappointed. I told the server while we are eating the very hot and spicy that i will just give my kid his food so we can enjoy our soup then leave. My kid comfort is his food (little rice cake) while we eat and he is not disturbing anyone. He is quietly eating with his ipad. Well i think, this is the edge that I will not come to this rest anymore. Not a kid friendly restaurant at all. To review back , i shouldnt say this but they dont treat customer fairly. We are big tipper but sometimes if we give extra amount they give that cold drink but if small tip ,they just ignore you upon checking out. Please put sign in your front restaurant NO KIDS food allowed. It hurts to a mom like me being told so…
