Our family enjoyed our food. The creamy udon dish literally boiled down in front of us from inside a heated stone bowl. The presentation was excellent and fun, while the dish was very tasty. The Sushi and Ramen dishes were also very good. We enjoyed their lemonades as well!
Our server was very helpful and polite providing us with attentive and prompt service. We will visit again.

This is one of my go to's for any friends visiting, the seating is a bit weird being family oriented on one side and underground in the booth area but the music makes this place super interesting.
As for the food, the appetizers are all amazing with the Shaka fries being an odd but good choice, (French fries with sour creme and onion seasoning). Gyoza and edamame and takoyaki are all well done and classic favorites and arguably the best karaage in the city.
When we come here it's typically for raman and sushi, and they both great. Go to favorites are tnt sushi and carbonara udon and tonkatsu curry.

At Dorinku Osaka, you immediately feel transported to a lively Japanese street with bright lanterns, polished wood tables and an energetic vibe. The menu is packed with Osaka favourites: crispy takoyaki with tender octopus, bowls of ramen with rich broth and springy noodles, and generous sushi rolls with fresh fish. I loved the chicken karaage served piping hot, with a side of tangy dipping sauce. The okonomiyaki pancake is loaded with cabbage and topped with bonito flakes which dance in the warm air. The drink menu includes Japanese beer, sake and creative cocktails as well as non alcoholic options like matcha lemonade. The service was friendly and attentive, with staff ready to explain dishes and make suggestions. Prices are fair for the quality and portions, and the wait time was reasonable even on a busy evening. This is a great place for a casual night out, whether you re with family, friends or on a date. I left full and happy and will definitely return.

The food was good - but the service was absolutely horrible. We waited for over an hour for our food for lunch. Some food came.. then we waited and waited Then they had the nerve to automatically add in 8% gratuity because we had more than 6 people. I will never go back - terrible. I won’t ever go back.
We sat in your restaraunt for 45 mins, and weren't served anything but water. They forgot we were in the restaraunt. so we left and went down the street to VONS. highly recommend Von's

The food here is delicious. I have loved everything I've tried. The music playlist was made up of trap, some Japanese rap, and other eclectic gems. I found the tunes tasteful and complimentary to the unique atmosphere. Overall this restaurant feels and tastes upscale.
The service was wonderful — we had everything we needed without even having to ask. The food was absolutely delicious, and the seating was spacious and comfortable.
I usually avoid tuna because I’m quite sensitive to even mild fishy taste, but their tuna tataki completely changed my mind. It was so fresh and flavorful! 😋
The soda was very good too😍
We were also given a cozy corner seat, which was really thoughtful since we came with our kids, who can get a bit loud at times.
The last time we tried to visit on a weekend evening, they were fully booked. This time, we arrived just before they opened at 4pm and had no trouble getting a table. We’ll definitely plan to come earlier on our future visits!
