We came here a couple nights ago and I must say I was not impressed now with that being said I was not impressed for the reason that well, for starters, the service was extremely slow and it’s not like it was crammed packed in there, secondly, I had ordered the beef stew. She came back 15 minutes later and told me oh we have no beef stew left. Do you want something else? Didn’t give me a menu to look at I’m just sitting there gone. What am I supposed to choose? She’s like do you want beef or chicken? Do you mean beef or chicken like what are you planning on giving me so finally I’m just like OK beef I don’t even know what the heck I’m getting brought to my table, so my food comes out, comes with a bowl of rice and a nasty slimy slop of overcooked, onions, and slimy beef so obviously I didn’t eat the food. I took a taste of the Beef mess and it was not my cup of tea so I didn’t eat it so she asked me if I wanted to pack it up to go and I’m like no I’m good and go figure we still got charged for it so with that being said it’s not a place I would go back to, so the boot need an update so many holes and patches it definitely needs a little fixing.

Old school chinese resteraunt, lots of choice in the dishes, some never seen before, food excellent, sized big, lots on plate, wur wonton soup was excellent. Will keep coming back.

this place has been there for easily more then 40 years and it’s still running strong, it’s a hole in the wall and not very aesthetically pleasing, but the food is excellent, we got the beef brisket noodle soup, green onion cake and the chinese donut with rice noodles, for drinks we got the hong kong milk tea and sweet lemon water, the food is very consistent and always good also prices are very reasonable, definitely need to try this place if you never been here, it can get fairly busy and they only take cash so keep that in mind but there is a cash machine inside

Been eating here for 30 years, food is the same as always. Very dependable comfort food. Location is not the best part of downtown, but have never had any problem. Staff is very efficient, no nonsense service.

The foods are not prepared freshly, me and my friends had serious stomach aches after ate here. The service is so rude as the waitress just put the dishes on our table without saying anything. CASH ONLY!!!!!. Avoid in any ways.

Love this place so much!! Have been coming here with my family since I was a little kid and my Dad has been coming since the 70s. Food is always hot, delicious and fresh. We moved to the far west of the city so I don’t go as often as I used to but every time I go it’s the same. Consistently is next level! Lots of comments about the inside of the restaurant being plain and slightly out dated, it’s nothing fancy but who cares, the food and the service are what matter.
Family has been going here for more than 16 years, That I can remember. It's been many since I myself have been back, and it's just as it always has been. The best. I will continue to enjoy this place. Thank you for a fine meal. And a friendly face.

My family used to dine here every Friday! It was affordable and the food was great!! I have not been there for a long time and decided to do some take out. Sad to say for the $70 dollars I paid for three dishes I won’t be doing that again, also the food was bland. Not at all what I expected.
