Very disappointed with my experience today. I went to Donut Party to get a treat after work. I don't get to treat myself very often. The donut was stale, it could've been a day old how hard it was and the coffee tasted like it had been brewed hours ago. For over $6 for a coffee and donut I expected a lot more. I've really enjoyed donut party in the past but it seems like it's gone downhill. That's too bad I used to really like it, but I won't be returning any time soon after today's experience.

I’ve been coming to this Doughnut Party location in the brewery district for years, including when it was located in its former spot just north in the Oliver area. Back then, you would have had to get there early early because donuts would sell out by noon or 1 PM. This location is opened earliest and they do stock later into the day.
The store is bright, clean, and full of personality—the brand is smart, creative, and totally dialed in. But of course, it’s the donuts that keep people coming back.
These aren’t just donuts—they’re mini cakes shaped into donut form, each one packed with flavour and fun. The variety is there usually, and while they are definitely sweet-that’s exactly the point . . . it’s an occasional treat.
Grabbed a few for a road trip up north through Alberta today—pretty sure the clients up there will appreciate and have more than a few sweet things to say.

Updated* Doughnuts are good but the service was a challenge. Substituting part of order without confirming and told to go through the app for a solution. No offer to compensate with the item actually ordered. FYI, that would have pulled me into the store to spend more money.
Management corrected the issue but it took some back and forth.

I am a regular customer 3-5 days a week, excellent donuts and services BUT they never have any $ for change , I understand most people pay with debit but should still cater to cash customer...

Came in to grab some doughnuts for my son’s bday and the girl behind the counter was so cold and unfriendly. I would have left but my son wanted these over a cake.
I love this place, me and my mom go all the time and it makes her day. personally I am in love with the cinnamon buns, also the strawberry filled doughnuts are made with real jam, first time I tried it I didn't like it because I'm so used to the fake stuff lol. it's cheap and it's amazing, also it's barely ever busy. it's small and has no choices but the doughnuts make up for it.
