This location is inside tnt north . Good variety options available. Hut too much confusion on the menu . I ordered Oreo taro drink , it was good on taste but the boba (pearls were not soft or smooth . ) rest all is good

The girl who works here is consistently rude and unwelcoming. It’s really uncomfortable getting anything from here and it deters me from ordering in the first place. I wouldn’t recommend ordering here if you can help it and prefer their other locations. Hoping the customer service improves!

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I have been going here for several years and it has steadily been going downhill. About a year ago quite often every time I went in they would say there was no boba pearls ready. It's the it's their primary selling point and it's always some young teenager that's telling me she essentially has neglected her job duties. They would tell you to wait 10 minutes and just turn around. Very rude very in plate. Yesterday I was there again in the early afternoon and the young girl working the till told me there would be no Boba available for 30 minutes. This is at lunch time during their High sales. She then had the audacity to tell me I could get anything else I wanted instead like jelly. To have this employee tell me that I'm allowed to purchase something else is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life. She was rude impolite unhelpful and the reason I will never be returning. This is by far the worst Boba place I have ever gone to and I look forward to when they finally close their doors. I go through all this pain so you don't have to, everybody out there have a wonderful day.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the customer service at this location is awful. I ordered drinks here today because I happened to be shopping at T&T; otherwise, I would not have come here specifically for bubble tea. There was only one employee working and I was in a line up with 3 people ahead of me. The set up at this location is not great - if the line had been any longer, I'd be blocking the entrance of T&T. When I got to the counter, the employee did not greet me and stood there expecting me to give my order. After I received my drinks, I asked whether I could get stamps on my stamp card and her response was, "We don't do that anymore." Perhaps she was unhappy that she was the only one working there by herself, but it is very unreasonable to take your emotions out on the customers. Let's put it this way - her attitude was the complete opposite of Dream Tea's slogan, "A cup of joy."
The drinks we got were decent (Thai milk tea and osmanthus). Unfortunately, the girl working there was awful to deal with. Definitely did not want to be there. Not attentive to people waiting to be helped. After drinks were ready, just placed the drinks down and walked off. No service or any type of communication at all. Will most likely go somewhere else next time.

The drink itself was very tasty but like other reviews has mentioned, the girl working there has extremely unwelcoming attitude. Does not greet customer properly, seems to be annoyed to answer questions from customers, which ruins the entire experience. Though I bought a gift card I would never buy another bubble tea from this location again instead going to WEM Dream Tea.

The girl working there seemed so impolite had no smile or greeting. She made it seem as if it was a chore to take our order secondly we were there at 3 and my friends and I all got our drinks by 3:30 the two ladies working there seemed to be taking there time when many were waiting. The girl with horrible attitude didn't even say sorry or anything when she had forgotten one of our drinks.
