Second, the review is about how y'all treated me, not the competition. I spend money and time and bring friends to the establishment and y'all threw an illogical fit. Anyone who treats a customer like that is out of their mind.
Owner was unnecessarily hostile with me over a small issue, so I won’t be returning. I don’t feel valued as a customer at all, whatsoever.
Service from select waitresses is fairly rude and inattentive.
Food specials are attractive. Business is cash only (tax fraud?), but the low prices are certainly the highlight of this place.
Bathrooms are dirty more often than not.

I’ll tell you what when I used to go to Edmonton I would try and find the best bar in town that was mainstream. But one day I found dusters and it swept me away. Karaoke every night and let me tell you about the dusters burger mannnnn. That’s all I need to say. Amazing atmosphere, clean, and great vibes across the board. Must check this place out your next visit to Edmonton.

Duster’s is cash only. The drinks are dirt cheap, but I recommend getting canned drinks as my friend and I have never had as bad of hangovers as we have the couple of times we got mixed drinks here. The $2/lb chicken wings are fantastic, but make sure you get them before midnight or you’ll pay the regular price.
The reasons for my negative review are as follows:
1) the new karaoke system is terrible. You have to scroll through an antiquated excel spreadsheet and the selection is pretty bleak.
This is a huge bummer, as we came here for the karaoke. It’s usually busy, but not busy enough that you have to wait a long time to sing.
2) A friend of mine recently told me that she hasn’t been back since the night I met her at Duster’s because somebody slipped something in her drink and she cannot remember how she got home that night. While the bar might not necessarily be able to control that, this goes along with the safety concerns that others have shared.

Bartender are unprofessional and rude. So happy I never tip them as their attitudes are sour as their personality. Overall the food is best part (which is odd given the location) service is terrible, no idea how these women even have a job still given such poor service and attitude. The atmosphere is okay. But I can’t reiterate this enough, the women servers made my experience terrible and I hope things are resolved

I used to work for Marcy both as a contractor and as a Karaoke Host. She ripped me off for a bunch of my framing and drywall tools working on the cafe next door. Then, bans me for no reason. I'm glad I don't go there anymore, it's a den for h**kers and drug dealers.
