Service was ok. Had the meatball wow was that salty. Gf had the Italian it was ok. Topping were not great. Better sandwich options are near by. I'd pick this over subway just an FYI.

It’s my new favourite for sandwich, everything is on point about the sandwiches here , staff friendliness is on point always welcoming especially Sarah, every time I have been there I have been welcomes nicely and food has no complaints yet 🫡❤️

I came in Friday at 5:30pm with a friend. It was empty I ordered an Italian sub and a bowl of tomato soup to go. No reciept given. When I got home the soup was cold and only half filled. I took pictures. Went back Sunday at 2:20pm. The worker ignored me, finished making a sandwich, then began cleaning up touching the garbage can, wiping the counters, putting a book away. I asked for a manager, she just kept cleaning? No management in till Monday. I wish I could post a picture.

Tried Earl of Sandwich at South Common and it was a disaster. Service was painfully slow. We ordered the chicken bacon avocado and they didn’t even put avocado in either sandwich.
To make things worse, I found a piece of plastic in mine. Absolutely disgusting.
No staff around afterward to even speak to. Sherwood Park sandwich shops destroy this one. Avoid this place. Terrible service, sloppy food, and zero accountability.

Great sandwiches and especially good salads. The ingredients are fresh, with interesting combinations. There are one or two places to sit so I’d recommend this as a take out place rather than eat in.

Could I give less than 1...I wish! Received wrong order, was hung up on because I was told I was yelling and rude. Person that hung up on me told me she never makes mistakes. Sorry but too bad. Literally hung up on me. If you have a corporate office...yeah.
